The BEST customer service I’ve ever experienced
I generally don’t leave reviews due to a busy schedule, but I really had to make time to share how wonderful this company is!! The quality of the wallpaper is excellent and it’s BEAUTIFUL! The quality of customer care is EXCEPTIONAL! I had experienced many problems with sizing due to different contractors, I had to ask them to make several corrections. They responded quickly and politely! They made corrections right away! If I could give a million stars! I would!
Summary! EXCELLENT QUALITY WALLPAPER AND EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Their instructions on their website is very accurate. The person that hung the wallpaper said it was exactly the amount that was needed. There was no waste. It came in a timely manner, and was exactly as was on their website.

The ink on the wallpaper will smudge
I didn't like that the printing ink came off in my hand as I put up the paper. It left smudged fingerprints on the paper and on the wall, and it smeared across as I smoothed the paper with a tool.
Design selections and quick turnaround are great. Despite my issues with the ink, I may again order from this company, but keep in mind that I'll need gloves and paper towels to help control the smudging.

Amazing Customer Service = A Beautiful Wall
Great job! When we installed our wall mural we were a little short and had a 1” gap at the end of the wall. We were able to take a picture of where we stopped and they printed up a 3” filler piece to fix it! Great customer service and I LOVE the wall!

The quality of the product was poor. Customer service was good.
Review edited: Wallmur's customer service helped resolve this problem. We did return this particular product, and I'm grateful for Wallmur's willingness to help resolve the situation. The wallpaper we ordered looked printed and the gold was more of a peach color. I wouldn't recommend if you're looking for gold marbling. But I would shop with Wallmur again based on the customer service.
