Very poor, although tried hard to make right, then failed to process refund
I ordered a starter motor , which turned u pon time.
It was the wrong part.
Scott Exler really tried to make things right but could not, so I ordered the part elsewhere - they got it right first time.
I was assured in writing I would get a refund.
Checked 10 days - later and no refund. Leaving me very doubtfful about their intentions.

Incompetent cowboys
Ordered something, but was delivered (AND ADDRESSED) to wrong address. so never received it. Company should accept responsibility for their incompentence. And a bit of customer service would have been nice. They expect me to sort this out. Visa dispute will has been opened!

It is now 7:35pm and I have stayed behind today to help the customer out. We have found out that the name on the package is correct but the courier company has ommitted a number 6 so instead of delivering to number 16 they have delivered to number 1. I have proven to the customer that we sent the correct address to the courier and that we are not liable. I have also spoken to her several times on the phone to try to sort the problem out. It is completely out of order that a post like this be allowed to remain when we have done nothing wrong and her claim is completely wide of the mark. I am willing to provide proof that it is the supplier \ courier that has made the mistake and not us. The customer is aware of this but has still made slanderous comments about us that I am not prepared to accept.

Getting a part for a 30 year old Vauxhall from a company who come up online as Skoda dealers I didn't expect much success but, with a bit of help from staff member Sam Keenan the parts did arrive from Germany apparently and it was only £18 for the extra shipping ( two long exhaust parts).

First time customer - very impressed
I ordered the part online (which i was very relieved to find as it seems its a rare part) and the next day i got a call from wanapart saying their supplier no longer stocked the part but were looking around to find it. Wanapart must have spent far too long helping me out for a £50 exhaust - but they found one two days later and got it to me by the weekend so i could fit it.
Needless to say i will be using them again!

Excellent!!
Their website is easy to navigate, delivery is prompt and prices are very good! I had to speak to customer services (Sam) and she was very helpful and got my question answered quickly. Once Wanaprt had received the exchange part (brake caliper), they called me to confirm then issued my refund almost immediately.
Would definitely use again and I'd highly recommend this company!
