Searched for a Valeo Clutch for my daughter's Seat Arosa, google threw up Wanapart at a great price and I submitted the order.

Received a callback quite quickly to say they were out of stock, little disappointed, however (wish I could remember his name) I was offered a comparable quality clutch for the same price.

Arrived next day, fitted and very happy with it.

No hestitation using this outfit again.

Needed a clutch cover for my rally car in a big hurry as usual and we only trust Sachs. Order placed with wanapart and Kevin quickly came back to me to explain that the part was not on the shelf however it was in stock with the manufacturer in Germany! He ordered it for us and had it shipped direct from Sachs in Germany.

Wanapart is an excellent company with really helpful knowledgable staff who are willing to go the extra mile for thier customers......an attribute all to rare with a lot of retailers.

Wanapart had the best price for reconditioned front brake calipers that I could find on the internet. As some other reviewers have indicated, the cost seemed too cheap; however, the quality of the parts I received was excellent.
In my dealings with the company, Scott Exler was simply fantastic. He was able to sort out the delivery problems (entirely of my own making) quickly and efficiently. Thanks Scott.

I'd been looking for a particular part for my car for a few months without any success. I'd seen the listings for wanapart in google, but to be honest the price they were quoting seemed too cheap compared to the places that I would normally use, and that concerned me. So I emailed them asking whether they had the part in stock and to make sure the part number was correct. They emailed me back quite quickly - the part was in stock, the part number was correct and the price quoted was right. So, I placed an order and paid using my credit card ( still not quite trusting the site ) I had confirmation of the order straight away and then confirmation of shipping the next day. The part arrived within 3 days and was an original OEM part that fit perfectly. Wanapart sounded like a dodgy site to me, but they were fantastic - great service, great price and prompt delivery of a part that both the main dealer and my local independent had said was a back order part. My experience was perfect and I would recommend them 100%!

We found this company through google searching and have to say that there are a brilliant find! Quick delivery and a great service.

The pricing was competitive and the caliper spot on. In terms of customer service, Scott Exler has been fantastic. Throughout our dealings with Wanapart he has been both professional and extremely helpful including arranging collection of the exchange unit.

Why aren't there more companies like this out there in the online world? The experience we have had with Wanapart is far better than many other companies including a lot of the big players!!

I ordered a glow plug relay on the wanapart website. Unfortunately the suppliers had none in stock, but Kevin from wanapart quickly found an alternative. He informed me of the problem and let me know what the situation was the whole time. The part still arrived within a week. Thanks.

found them from a google search and best find ever!!!

had a chat to a very helpfull person on the live help on the website late on a friday.....my order arrived monday morning
new parts were 100% perfect

it only cost £7 to return the old calipers which was much cheaper than royal mail ...this was also arranged by Wanapart after i had another chat to Kevin on the live chat ( that is such a great idea)

the price for two new calipers and postage from these guys was less than one from my local car parts shop and also cheaper than any on ebay.......for price you will not find anyone even close!!!

I'm from Iran and have an old Peugeot 405GL, 1 year ago my car's fuel pump died and everywhere I looked for genuine one there were only low quality chinese fuel pumps that worked not more than a month :(

I almost disappointed till one of my friends suggested to looking forward to order fuel pump from reliable internet shop like ebay. I start googling the web... And then I found Wanapart from UK, Wanapart has my desired fuel pump and their website also has online chat for customers that I found very helpful, I asked support person for fuel pump details and delivery conditions and she answered all my questions; Here I want to Thank her for her help, support and kindness, Thank You Mrs.Sam Keenan.

I made my order for 2 fuel pump and just after 24H I informed that my order has been sent to post office and finally after a week, today, I recieved my package that well packed and 2 beautiful genuine high quality fuel pumps were inside :)

When I got my car serviced I was advised by Kwik-Fit that I required an EGR Valve. The price quoted for the part alone was ridiculously expensive so I decided to order it from Wanapart which was alot cheaper.

My part was sent out very quickly and was packaged well. An independant garage fitted it for me however it transpired that it was the wrong part I had ordered.

I contacted Customer Services by email. I received a response within the day from a very helpful gentleman called Kevin. He advised me to return the part and asked about the make, model etc of my car in order that he could order the correct one.

The new part was issued yet again very quickly and Kevin kept in contact with me by email and also by phone.

Unfortunately this was also incorrect. After uploading a picture of the part I required Kevin informed me that it was not the valve I needed but the solenoid!!! After my initial mistake in ordering the part Kevin was able to resolve my problem.

This is a company I will be able to trust and use again. The customer service I received from Kevin was amazing. I am thankful for all his help.
