Missing Parcel

The tracking information is not good at all. My delivery destination is Portugal and the tracking service says Italy. The order has the correct address on as Portugal but the tracker does not show an address. Last known whereabouts was with Post Italiane and they say its been delivered. No way of contacting them.

Tracking number Wnbaa0409513296yq says delivered at 3:36 am on Dec. 16 2025 and on another website says it was delivered on Dec 15 2025 at 23:46 (around that time). There was no package delivered. What would be our local carrier that you would hand the package to in Nova Scotia?

Horrible to deal with

I ordered a product Oct 18th, and received an email on the 23rd to say it shipped. A tracking number was provided, but when you click on it, it brings up an error page. Because of this, November 12th I emailed them to ask what is happening, and I still haven't heard back from them. SCAM SCAM SCAM in my opinion.
When I track by going direct to wanb tracking, it says the carrier has been contacted and will pick up the parcel soon....this was Oct 23rd.
