My order was shipped on Nov. 4, my package was in Greensboro NC on Nov.13( Greensboro NC is 2 hours from my house). Delivery date was moved to the 19th and today’s the 19th and it still hasn’t showed up and the tracking is not up-to-date. They suck as a delivery service. Where is the management or the CEO or somebody? I hope Walmart stops using this service.

My package was shipped over 2 weeks ago was said to be “delivered” today. It was not delivered, and I’ve been home the entire time. Sadly my experience aligns with all of the other reviews posted here. WNBAA0397002682YQ is the tracking number.

This shipping company is a complete scam. I had ordered 6 different items from Amazon, from different sellers, and every one of them was supposedly shipped with Wanbang Express. The orders stay stuck on "Out for Delivery" for 3 days, then it goes to "Held at carrier location", then the next day it supposedly gets delivered. Absolutely nothing that you order, and is shipped through Wanbang Express actually arrives.

I have ordered three different items on Amazon in the past month and they all shipped through Wanbang. None of them showed up. They always say out for delivery or delivered but they by no means ever actually arrive. This shipping company is terrible and if you ever buy something and it says it's going to be shipped through Wanbang, just know you are already F**ked

Ordered a Halloween costume for my daughter on 6th of of October. The delivery date just keeps getting pushed out. No way to really communicate with this company and amazon dont tell the courier until after you buy something. Well done for disappointing a child

Obviously this is a fraudulent shipping company that Amazon sellers are pretending to use. Says they tried to deliver my package yesterday at 9:47. But guess what, no one came to my door and my cameras show no one there. They are ripping everyone off!

Ordered 2pairs of Chelsea boots not knowing they were coming from china,needless to say I never received them after spending $91.90,did some research after a month claiming they were delivered to my house on oct 7 in the am but I’ve never seen them to this day, I’ve emailed the company and all they say is delivered, and I don’t have them. It’s been 17 days and still no sign of anything

Ordered a mini hidden camera on 18th September through Amazon prime and it showed 26 as delivery date but it never arrived I tracked the product and it was still not shipped and then I got a message saying sorry for delay and I can ask for a refund. I m still waiting for the delivery and it’s 7th October. Worst service ever

Worse company ever. Order an item through fruugo and they sent a message that your item is coming with wanb express. It supposed to be delivered 22th of September but still no sign of delivery. Every time check on there website, it still shows that company received data for pickup but no update . From 26 days is still standing in one spot. Even fruugo is worse then this company as they have no information about courier status.

I ordered some items off of Amazon on 8/24 with an estimated delivery date of 9/17. I was surprised to get a notification on 9/7 from Amazon that an attempted delivery had been made by USPS (Wanbexpress were the original shippers, then after customs allegedly, USPS takes the package). I was home all day and no one attempted anything-and now my package was available for pick up but their was no details on where to pick it up. On 9/8 I got a notification my package was delivered but it never was. I even decided to give it time in case it was delayed. It’s now 9/30 and it’s no where to be found! The tracking number also doesn’t exist with USPS, only Wanbexpress who provides the tracking info and updates. The package didn’t even show up on my USPS informed delivery which takes pictures of my incoming mail and informs me of upcoming delivery’s. I need information ASAP because this package contained gifts!

Ordered an item September 10th and it said it was on its way the next day. However, in doing some digging, I found that the darn thing hasn't even left China!
I'm pissed because the Walmart app said, "shipped from NY", and now I find I'm dealing with China? Now it just says "delayed". WTH? This is something I really need. And I noticed that everyone else who complains on here gets the same AI generated response.
