Ordered early morning Wednesday 10th Feb. By late afternoon Friday I had not received any confirmation or dispatch email so I got in touch. The reply was equal parts hilarious and concerning. Telling me the customer service office was closed, but then going on to give opening times that have mean't they were open.
Also similar to others commenting; they charge 15-20% extra than was stated and try to blag it as some sort of TAX.
I'm just about to claim a refund by opening a displate with PayPal. If you paid via PayPal you're in luck as their Buyer Protection UK residents get means a refund is dead cert.

Avoid this company!
No option for 0 stars! Do not order from this company... invoice stated £25.49 but they took £30.59.. I paid through PayPal and they claimed it was government tax. Tried to cancel the order straight away and was told it was too late even though it was literally minutes after ordering. They provided a tracking number that was cloned, so it appeared as delivered when it wasn’t. Tried to claim through PayPal but the company keeps spouting lies so I have now made a claim through my bank... scammers who take money unlawfully and lie about it. Avoid this company at all costs!!!

Beware of this company. The review below is accurate. The chickens are not as advertised.
.Mine arrived broken as well, tail snapped off in 2 places. Customer services reply quickly but avoid the issue. Will be trying fir a refund from PayPay. Don’t buy from Wanderjojo.

Following my previous review, I would add that I have just received my order, and it is not at all as advertised. The chickens are advertised as made of metal, and measuring 28cm x 24cm plus 6cms for the spike that holds them in the ground. In reality, they are made of a cheap, flimsy plastic and measure maximum 23cms x 13 cms. I imagine the spike would break if you tried to 'plant' the chickens. Wanderjojo operate with appalling dishonesty/fraudulence. They give the impression of offering customer support, but in reality they offer only customer evasion/avoidance.
PayPal has been unhelpful so far, though I have yet to inform them that the goods are not as advertised.

I wish I had read this before ordering
I wish I had read this before ordering. They increased the price through PayPal even though the invoice was clear at £34.99. They took an extra £7 from my account without authority. When questioned they said it was Brexit. I am persuing this through PayPal

Beware of this company
Beware of this company. The price paid is not as advertised and I tried to cancel the order literally minutes after ordering and I was told this was not possible as the order had already been shipped. This is obviously a lie and the company are fraudulent. They make money by being dishonest. Yet to receive the product so can't even comment on that. I've tried numerous times to get this resolved but just get lies. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS
