I am writing to express my frustration with the repeated delays in processing my refund. The excuse I was given is unacceptable, and I am also dissatisfied with the low quality of the clothes I received.
UPDATE: still waiting! I strongly urge everyone experiencing the same issue to file a formal complaint with the consumer ombudsman. It's our power to hold businesses like this accountable.
After emailing you several times and voicing my complaint today, I'm glad to see you've finally processed the refund!

Awful returns process
Lovely clothes and fast delivery, but absolutely awful returns process - very, very slow - still waiting for them to confirm they've received my return and issue my refund, even though I can see they received the item back earlier this week. Has put me off purchasing from them again. UPDATE: Still no update on my return payment being issued, despite the order being received by their warehouse over a week ago.

Limitless Subscription
My wife bought a one year subscription of Warehouse Limitless (Next day delivery) in October. She tried buying something on their site in January, but they’ve now stopped delivering to Ireland.
Their Limitless terms and conditions (section 17.14) states that a refund of the unused months will be given should they withdraw their service, but they are refusing to do so.
Three people she contacted have all maintained that she didn’t give notice of her intent to cancel within 14 days of purchasing the subscription, so they are unable to refund her.
She tried to explain each time that she’s not trying to cancel and doesn’t want to cancel! The service has been withdrawn from her by them!
She even sent a screenshot of their terms and conditions but they’ve stopped replying.
I’m wondering now how many more people from Ireland have bought the same subscription, are unable to use it, but just accepted from customer service that they weren’t due a refund.
Their customer support leaves a lot to be desired. They aren’t educated on their own terms and conditions and have caused a great deal of stress and anxiety. Avoid buying any kind of subscription with them at all costs!
UPDATE - A customer service employee has been in touch through Trustpilot and has confirmed that a refund is owed and to await confirmation by 23rd January.
Hopefully that will transpire and I can update the review further.
FURTHER UPDATE - Refund received thanks to the professional customer support from Samantha and Aimee that responded on trustpilot.
Original contacts, Michael, rosemarie, Elaine (who got advice from an unnamed supervisor) and Mary, all need further training on Warehouse terms and conditions. They let the company down badly and caused unnecessary stress.

Terrible clothes, as bad as their customer service.
I bought some silver trousers which when I wore for the first time the poor quality zip got stuck and broke (it was what you’d expect quality-wise from a low budget, fast fashion brand).
I returned the item, and could see that warehouse had received my return.
No correspondence from them to say they had it or my return was on the way.
After 19 days I contacted them and the guy on customer service said he’d issue the refund immediately. 5 days later and still no refund so I follow up this with customer service who say that the refund was not issued and please allow another 3 days while we look in to this.
It’s been nearly a month. Absolutely shocking.
I can safely say I will not be ordering from warehouse again… overpriced and below par quality.
Edit… the 3 days passed so I sent yet another message to customer service, who then told me it would take
5 days to look in to this.
All the while I can still see they have recieved my parcel.
I got a reply on trust pilot so we’ll see if that speeds things up!
Update 2- I will be keeping this review up until the refund is in my bank- as I’ve been told this before and still no refund.

Longline raincoat
I ordered a raincoat, which stopped being waterproof after 3-4 wears. Warehouse did nothing to refund or replace the faulty item, as it conveniently became faulty just outside their limited returns period.

Lovely a respectful service from Unbreen who advised of an immediate replacement with next day delivery. Important to note that I had exceeded the 28 days refund/return policy as did not have a chance to wear the dress until nearly 2 months after purchase, however a swift and accommodating service who recognised the item was faulty upon wearing it just once. Thank you Warehouse for a super response, service and customer care.

I bought a coat 139 pounds thinking it will worth it. After 4 months of using it, it is only good to throw in the bin. I cannot even give it to charity. The quality is soo poor unbelievable, I never experienced this before.
