purchased three (matching) units - delivered unmatching
purchased three matching units, consisting of two standard shelving units and one corner unit.
Only the two standard units matched each other. The corner unit delivered was completely different from the product advertised and does not match the other units in appearance, quality, or construction. This is unacceptable given the price of £365 and the expectation of receiving a coordinated set.
Both standard galvanised shelving units arrived damaged.
Issues included:
• Bent galvanised shelves
• A bent frame
• MDF shelves replaced with lower‑quality galvanised shelves, contrary to the advertised specification
These defects appear to be the result of poor handling or inadequate packaging during transportation.
One of the shelving units arrived with four (4) essential pieces missing, making assembly impossible. I am still awaiting these parts to be forwarded, which has caused further delay and inconvenience.
website clearly states a delivery timeframe of 1–3 business days. This was exceeded.
Additionally, the corner unit arrived a day later than the other items, further contributing to the mismatch and delay in completing the installation

Took along time from ordering to delivery which was very expensive when the tip truck arrived one of the tires was punctured and damaged.
So overall experience was poor and I would not recommend this firm or their products.
