I ordered 2 pairs of the tik tok leggings, i then checked trust pilot and thought "oh god ive just lost my money" but they arrived and they sent me a tracking number to track where they were.

Only complaint, one size is smaller than the other so i gave one to my teenage daughter. Love them though!

This company shouldn't be allowed to sell anything,
I ordered the perfect for jean leggings they are a load of rubbish, they are extremely flimsy, the colour is disgusting
I would advice anyone thinking of buying anything from this company NOT TO BOTHER, SAVE YOUR MONEY.

I bought this strapless bra for my wife,It is cheap and utterly useless,cups don’t stay in place.

I would give this a zero star. I bought a two in one pressure washer and it arrived on 10/3/21 with a part missing. I contacted them straight away and sent pictures of the item with the missing part. Their response was due to corona virus they cannot accept a return and will give me a 50% refund. So they want me to pay for a item that doesn’t work and is only fit for the bin. I have asked PayPal to get my money back. Avoid at all costs they are not a UK company which they lead you to believe

Not happy waited 3-4 weeks for product to arrive when it did i binned it paid 14.99 for car suction cup just to get a few little dents in car it was plastic no bigger than egg cup looked like something out of xmas cracker.so i emailed no response i looked for customer service phone number there isnt one head office address cant find one so i can not say its a good company paid through pay pal to which i have had to complain so so not buy from this company

Another review in the interests of balance. Didn't look at Trustpilot before ordering, but when items hadn't arrived after 1 week I sent an email to Warmdays to say that if the items didn't arrive at 10 days I would raise a dispute with Paypal. Items received within time, and are as ordered. Could have got the same items cheaper, but that is my fault for not looking around. Did find the tracking app and the automated emails rather incomprehensible/useless but something must have worked OK

Ordered item that was in stock. Over 2 weeks later and still no item. No response to messages or emails. Asked for a refund but with no response not holding my breathe! Complete rip off!

Avoid at all costs. Asked for night vision glasses and sent me sun glasses. Said they would give 50% refund but can't even get that off them with no response to emails

Ordered a high pressure hose adaptor cost approx 25£.
Tried it out fitted it to hosepipe not much good afraid to say,probably ok for washing windows.
Worth about 25 shillings not 25£ been suckered once again 🤔👎👎Pedro

Avoid they don't send what you ordered and trying to get it sorted is total pain, automated replies on live chat, just don't bother

Avoid this company. Goods not as ordered and no way of contacting company apart from unresponsive email. Goods cheaper elsewhere. Wish I had read the reviews before buying. Didnt realise this was a chinese company and the goods were coming from China.

Reported broken on arrival, asked for details sent a pic and the following
'Glasses in a thin card box in a padded envelope - easily squashed, which appears to be the casue as one end of the box was distorted.'
Two e mails later asking for update and no response.

Can't believe this company is allowed to advertise on Facebook, i should have looked at the reviews on here first, took over 2 weeks for my parcel to arrive and goods were not the same as advertised

Wish I'd read the reviews first!! Ordered my item the start of Dec. On the same day I sent 3 emails to try cancel the order before it shipped. All I got was a automated useless reply to enter a code. Still on 11/12 they say they shipped my parcel..... 21/12.. nothing. Hermes tracking says they are expecting but they still haven't received it yet. This company needs reporting. Bad service and ripping people off!!!!!

Shocking company stay well clear! 3 weeks and product still not arrived. They have no phone number and they don’t come back on email. I have emailed them 4 times no response. Going to contact my credit card company and log a dispute.

Have emailed on 4 occasions now to say that my parcel has not arrived, well the envelope did arrive but it was completely empty, so not much use. Still no reply from the this company with regards my complaint or a replacement delivery.

Dreadfully slow delivery. My first email to them received an automatic reply saying they would not respond unless I sent a further email using one of their codes stating the reason for contact. Then another email arrived blaming covid. They use a so called tracking service that won’t accept cutting and pasting a 16 digit reference number. Then doesn’t recognise the number. Should have read previous reviews and not bothered.
