Adequate
In the interests of balance I thought I would leave a review.
I forgot to check Trustpilot when ordered from warmday - then did read all the bad reviews & wished I hadn't ordered.
Took about 3 weeks for order to arrive - by which time I had started emailing to check (the automatic tracking system was incomprehensible). I got polite answers - possibly auto generated to my emails. Then today the order arrived - complete. Not high quality but adequate.

Faulty item, partial refund...er No!
I ordered a handbag with a plastic front so I could use the screen while it was safely in the bag. It cost me £13.38 but when it arrived it was a bag and a strap with nothing to connect the two. They offered me 5 refund, not sure if that was £5 or 5%. Either was I contacted paypal resolution centre and a full refund came in overnight. Stay away folks!

I ordered 4 packs silicon feet from Warmdays, and they lasted less than a week before the pads fell off. In the last month I have emailed them, written a letter as advised by Trading Standards and nothing, they offered 75% refund initially as Connie stated "Due to the influence of COVID-19, we will not accept return. We will refund 75% and you still keep it, is it ok?". 2 points, 1. The T&Cs clearly state they will give 100% refund if item is damaged / not fit for purpose and 2. If we are able to return clothing items why on earth can I not return 16 chair feet which are useless. Angry and disappointed goes beyond how I am left feeling. In exactly 1 month I have sent 14 emails!

I ordered from this company who advertise as a uk site but my items came directly from China and were useless. Trying to get help through PayPal with no success and the dispute is with Zimomo LLC. They are the same company trading under another name. Be warned Do not buy from this company. Check out Trustpilot Reviews and you will know just how awful this company is
