Warmflame gas have been servicing my boilers for over 10 years. Mike Hertel is always reliable & punctual, sending texts to indicate time of arrival. He is very polite & gives clear explanations of what he is doing & what else might need doing in future. For example, when my old boiler needed replacing his advice was excellent, installation quick & the house was left clean.

Mike responded quickly to a request to look at a job. Advised what he would do to correct the problem and within a couple of hours we received the estimate for the job. Once we accepted the estimate the job was completed by Ben a couple of days later.
Both Mike and Ben were respectful of our property. We would have no problem recommending them.

I have used this company for several years now as I find them very reliable for any issues I’ve had when it comes to the boiler, they came to do the Annual boiler check and they also came back the next day to install a new kitchen tap as I mentioned the old one was faulty, great service as always! Would highly recommend!

A recent issue with some part of boiler/pipes leaking was quickly and efficiently diagnosed and resolved. Mike was quick to respond to my plea for help and I was happy to leave keys for him to enter the property in my absence which is a big help when I can't take time off to be there. One very relieved and satisfied customer!

We had great problems finding someone who could fully service our ATAG boiler. Mike and Ben came to our rescue. They were very meticulous and gave good advice on some issues we had. We will have them back next year. Highly recommended. They even got Cadent out to check our outside gas pressure which is a free service. See you next year guys.

I have worked with Mike from Warmflame Gas over the last few years. Mike has serviced boilers and done installation work on residential properties for me. I employ a lot of trades people and I can say that Mike is the most professional tradesman that I have ever had a pleasure of working with. The quality of his work is 2nd to none, his prices are reasonable, and most of all he is totally reliable and scrupulously honest. If you need Gas work done, I can’t recommend him highly enough.
