My experience with Warranty Solutions Group has been unacceptable. When a major component failed, the warranty proved to be an obstacle rather than a benefit. They stalled the authorisation of the repair works for months, causing immense personal inconvenience before finally settling the £1,894.00 bill.
Despite their "Platinum Cover" advertised as covering around 6,000 parts, they attempted to use a wiring clause to avoid paying for the diagnosis, which should have been fully covered. Paying for a repair months late after a prolonged battle does not excuse their failure to recognize basic consumer protection. Avoid this provider.
I see they have a template response any one star review they claim they have no record of being a customer. Well I wouldn’t be writing this review if I wasn’t a dissatisfied customer.

I recently had an issue with a wheel hub on my car and needed to make a claim through Warranty Solutions Group. From start to finish, the experience was excellent.
I booked the vehicle into my local garage and provided them with the instructions supplied by WSG. The claim was authorised within an hour, which was far quicker than I expected. The repair was completed the very same day, and I was able to collect my car without any hassle.
My garage even commented on how easy WSG were to deal with, which was great to hear. I also appreciated receiving email updates throughout the process, keeping me informed when the claim was logged and when it had been approved.
This was a completely different experience from my previous warranty provider, who almost put me off having a warranty altogether. WSG made the whole process straightforward, efficient and stress-free.
Nothing but a positive experience from start to finish. Thank you to everyone involved.
