Friendly phone conversation.

Recieved an informative phone call from Mark regarding extension of my warranty, I feel confident enough to get in touch with them if I have any questions. Hopefully if I have any claims they are equally as good to deal with.

My experience with Warranty Solutions…

My experience with Warranty Solutions Group has been unacceptable. When a major component failed, the warranty proved to be an obstacle rather than a benefit. They stalled the authorisation of the repair works for months, causing immense personal inconvenience before finally settling the £1,894.00 bill.

Despite their "Platinum Cover" advertised as covering around 6,000 parts, they attempted to use a wiring clause to avoid paying for the diagnosis, which should have been fully covered. Paying for a repair months late after a prolonged battle does not excuse their failure to recognize basic consumer protection. Avoid this provider.

I see they have a template response any one star review they claim they have no record of being a customer. Well I wouldn’t be writing this review if I wasn’t a dissatisfied customer.

Extremely Positive Experience

I recently had an issue with a wheel hub on my car and needed to make a claim through Warranty Solutions Group. From start to finish, the experience was excellent.

I booked the vehicle into my local garage and provided them with the instructions supplied by WSG. The claim was authorised within an hour, which was far quicker than I expected. The repair was completed the very same day, and I was able to collect my car without any hassle.

My garage even commented on how easy WSG were to deal with, which was great to hear. I also appreciated receiving email updates throughout the process, keeping me informed when the claim was logged and when it had been approved.

This was a completely different experience from my previous warranty provider, who almost put me off having a warranty altogether. WSG made the whole process straightforward, efficient and stress-free.

Nothing but a positive experience from start to finish. Thank you to everyone involved.

Helpful call handler

The person I spoke with was very helpful and explained the cover clearly and easily.

I have not yet had to use my warranty but the cover seems really good for the price.

We were sorry to read your review.

Having investigated, the concern you had with your vehicle was an engine management light on.
The vehicle had guided tests and having spoken with Autoglass Garage, they believe your concern was relevant to a low AdBlue issue as the vehicle had no reported component issues.
The repairer filled the AdBlue tank and then carried out a system reset.

WSG Ltd accept costs for claims when a unexpected mechanical breakage or complete failure of a mechanical part that causes the part to stop working or and Electrical or electronic total failure of a covered electrical or electronic component occurs which causes the component to stop working completely and necessitates the replacement.

In the event of accepted claim, where diagnosis forms part of a valid claim, WSG Ltd will pay reasonable time for diagnosis.

Please accept our apologies that the fault on your vehicle was not a component replacement but a top-up and reset of the AdBlue system.

However, should the fault reoccur, please do not hesitate to contact the claims department on 0800 806 8610 option 1.
