Very happy with warranty solutions group limited

Sticky at first trying to understand what they wanted from me. Once I understood the process, it was then up to the car repair company to show evidence of what went wrong with the car.. I was on a platinum plan and once the damage had been verified by the motor vehicle repair company, warranty solutions group then verified the amounts of £5000 to be paid to me once the work had been carried out. I must say I was very very pleased with the companies professionalism. And they honoured the agreement of the platinum policy which I had taken out. I can only say thank you and I appreciate what you have done for me. Kind regards, Lee

I've not had to claim yet but Mark phoned me up to make sure I had received all of my paperwork, offered to go through it and explained the cover I've got.

They seem great so far.

Had a call today from Mark a very pleasant man who didn't try any hard sell to upgrade the warranty, he just explained it all which was refreshing.and tells you what to do I case of a claim.

Claims process impractical and useless…

Claims process impractical and useless for unexpected emergency repairs (surely 95% of all part failures?!). Complete waste of money and time. I'm £££ out of pocket on a worthless warranty cover: had to pay for my car repair and a warranty... NOT recommended, save your money in event you have an issue.

Monday mornings are never that great!

I woke up very early Monday morning to find out i had an issue with my vehicle. I waited around till I could call WSG and got through to Ben Lewington. Ben from the off was great, he was clear with his instructions and what I needed to do. I found a local garage and Ben kept in contact through the whole process ensuring that I was OK and kept me updated on the claims process and was only a phone call away if i ever needed him. I will definitely be extending my warranty with WSG when my current one comes to an end. Highly recommend this warranty service
