Call from Warranty Solutions Group

Called today by Mark from Warranty Solutions Group with regards to vehicle warranty I purchased from them when buying my car recently. Very professional, confirming that everything was all good , that I had received my documents and to ask if there were any questions or queries. A warranty worth having

Genuinely the claim process is easy and the team at WSG Ltd WANT to help. I've never used the claim process before and was a bit concerned that they would be like an insurance company with lots of red tape and hoops to jump through but it simply isn't the case. As soon as I had a fault with my car I advised WSG straight away and they sent me a really easy guide on how to process the claim, step by step, no tricks, no hidden Ts&C's, the garage communicated with them directly and then WSG called me to ensure I fully understood the process and what I needed to do. The only thing you need to remember is to advise them FIRST before any repairs are completed to make sure the repair is authorised by them, after that make sure all invoices to be made out to Warranty Solutions Ltd (or you won't get the VAT paid), but just tell them as soon as a fault appears on your vehicle. Simple. Great service and a great product.

Very friendly staff

I spoke to Michael for my welcome call, he was extremely friendly and had overall excellent customer service. He made sure that I had everything I needed for my warranty and resent anything I wasn’t sure I received. Really nice guy!

Had a very friendly call from Mark

Had a very friendly call from Mark, who identified himself quickly, and was very helpful suggesting adding a second person to the authorised policy holder, which he did quickly.
I’m now very reassured that should I need to make a claim, it will be dealt with in a similar friendly and efficient manner.
