Great customer service. However, I was supposed to receive my new cards in the mail approximately 1 week after my name change and I never did. That was 5 months ago.

I live in Northern Virginia and needed to find an associated CU. The customer service rep provided me several locations and was helpful in guiding me to the closest one. I was then able to make my deposit into my account. The CS rep was extremely helpful and patient with me , as I was driving at the time, while trying to find the location of the associated CU.
