Specification of product on line poor resulting in having to return product at own expense
Order process was good and product arrived quickly. However, the baby changing station was not suitable for internal plasterboard walls. No where in the product description was this mentioned. I then called to say I needed to return it and was told this would be at my own expense. The purchase was for a sports club and we are a local charity. So more expense that could have been avoided had the specification been accurate. Instruction with the product was very poor too.

Unfortunately we do not list the fitting details on to our website, however I am sure you can understand that due to this being a baby changing unit, there are safety installation guidelines that must be followed. Our customers are welcome to email us or call us before purchase for any additional information about the product or its installation.
Great product, good service.
Product is good. Couple of slight marks on the bottom but works very well and fits with decor. Not cheap so I’m hoping for a long and useful life from it.
Customer service responsiveness is excellent. Jade and Ellie are fast to respond, ask the right questions and do the right things. Top marks - very easy to do business with. (Thank you ladies).
Shipping was not perfect. Systems don’t pick up all the ship-to data and don’t provide delivery timeframes, courier details and updates. This meant the product sat in my goods-in for 5 days as there was no addressee on the label. Label didn’t match the ship-to data I provided or what the invoice showed. Needs a bit of IT work there.
