Purchased an Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch in May 2023. Traded in a Tudor watch towards the cost. The whole process was smooth and the service was impeccable. The Omega watch itself is in amazing condition, as are the box, papers, and accessories. The price was very competitive.

I would highly recommend this store and would have absolutely no hesitation in dealing with them again.

Here is an edited review maybe I was a bit harsh but the shop manager is not the guy I would employ if you want to sell watches ! He made us feel really uncomfortable ! Maybe one horrible is enough and as for coming back in no thanks we will stick with Goldsmiths who know how to treat customers ! And I don’t need a pouch I wear my watch thanks !

I purchased a Rolex “Pepsi” from Watches of Whitby a few months ago. From the initial enquiry to final purchase the staff were nothing but professional and helpful. The watch was as described on the website the price was competitive. I will certainly purchase from WOW again recommend them to anyone who is new to the luxury watch world as they offer a down to earth and honest opinion unlike many other luxury watch dealers I have dealt with in the past. A solid five stars from me.

Have bought two watches from them now, a Rolex and an Omega, both are beautiful watches, from walking in the shop the staff are so helpful and polite, the shop is smart and high end with a fantastic selection of high end watches to suit most budgets.

Whilst on holiday in Whitby I spotted Watches of Whitby. On entering the staff were really friendly and helpful. So much so that I bought an owned Beirtling watch. The staff we so helpful and friendly with no pushy sales talk. Even offered us a cup of tea. The watch is fantastic . The experience was great and we were even asked to call in for a cup of tea next time were were in Whitby.
