Slow dispatch. Slow responses.
I placed an order on Thursday and hadn’t heard anything so I sent them a WhatsApp message late on Saturday. It was late and they are closed on Sunday - fair enough.
The message was read on Monday morning but nobody responded so I asked on Monday afternoon if there was an update. They replied at 17:04 and said my item would be dispatched the next day and I would receive a tracking number.
Well it is Wednesday now and I haven’t received a tracking number or any kind of confirmation my item is dispatched. 6 days to dispatch a single watch that they had in stock? What if it isn’t even dispatched today and I have to wait longer? Why are staff reading my messages and not responding until the end of the day?
I haven’t been rude to them or anything, I’ve literally just asked for any update on my order.
Update: Someone told me they would check my order and get back to me on Wednesday. They didn't get back to me but my order was dispatched and arrived on Thursday, so it took 1 week. I've changed my rating but left my experience.

Great prices and great service
I had never heard of Watcho before but I'll definitely be recommending them. I purchased a Garmin Fenix 8, they were great at answering questions before purchase , facilitated a smooth trade in and my Garmin came beautifully wrapped and really quickly. Their prices are also really competitive, so you get both great service and a great price, what's not to love!

Initially a bit confusing as I didn’t receive a confirmation email, which caused some concern. However, when I called, the team were very helpful, apologised, and explained it was just a system glitch.
They were easy to get hold of and handled everything really well. They even sent me a £20 store credit, which I didn’t ask or expect and was a great touch.
Fast shipping, great price, and the watch was exactly as described. Hard not to give 5 stars given how well they resolved the issue.

Pleasantly surprised and super happy
As an enthusiast, when I’m buying a watch, I’m always a little nervous of companies I’ve not dealt with previously, I really didn’t need to be with Watcho. When something seems too good to be true, it generally is, right? Happy to report on this occasion, it wasn’t, it truly was good!!! Literally the deal seemed bonkers, well under RRP, I couldn’t believe it so I gave them a call, they gave me all the right answers, everything I’d hoped to hear. I decided let’s give them a shot, and I’m so glad I did, the watch came superbly packaged, with an attention to detail that surprised me.
