Picked up a new Patek today from Watchtrader Was busy in the shop in Berkeley square but Guv who served me was as good as gold and conducted business very well the correct watch stylus was not with the watch and no hesitation he's sorting one to exchange no problem thanks again

The buying process was pretty simple through Instagram. Was able to negotiate a bit and paid a decent price for what I was told was a “brand new, fully stickered” watch.

My piece arrived 2 days later as promised, but there was a very obvious ding on the watch. I find it very hard to believe that so-called watch experts would have missed this. I feel misled that it was sold to me brand new.

I reached out via the same instagram chat explaining this. I had to message them multiple times to respond. I initially received an apology and was told it was a mistake. They initially offered a replacement watch. I responded yesterday and I am still waiting on a reply.

EDIT: spoke to Director of operations on the phone and they have agreed to send me a brand new watch after I return this one to them.

Brilliant service from watchtrader and co. Went through the information on WhatsApp. They helped me straight away. Jon dealt with everything and gave a ballpark estimate, then Guv ant the London branch was approachable and someone you can talk to so well. That is literally why I ended up with my watch.

Keep up the good work on YouTube and the store. Will be back again.

Good straight forward service in selling my watch would highly recommend

Let’s say the whole story :
I bought September 2024 a Rolex watch (which it supposed to never stop working ) and WatchTrader promoted the watch on their page as Excellent condition.
I understand that I have bought quite an old watch, but I spent a lot of money for a Rolex watch which supposedly never stop working and it was promoted by you as excellent condition. I spoke with Josh on what’s up and he ensured me that the watch is working perfectly and excellent condition. I was excited I bought a watch and Josh asked me to leave review at the time of purchase I was happy did I expected it will break after 6 months no , so now when I have experienced your service and attitude I have a better view of the company.
I bought the watch and 6 months later ( only 6 months )of wearing this forever watch in an excellent condition *by watch trader the watch stopped working . ( completely stopped working , I was devastated and sad ) I was in shock and extremely disappointed from my purchase and from the service.

I contacted watchTrader for the service as it has 12 months of warranty they have been very rude and unfriendly to me via messages. ( it’s not my fault your item is so bad and after 6 months stopped working ) everyone would agree with me that watch is not in a excellent condition if it stopped working after 6 months. I do not recommend this company.

Instead of apologizing to me that I have experienced this with the item I bought so quickly, that they have sold me a shit item , they were rude to me when I tried to get the service which is covered in the warranty .

Of course I want to sell this watch as after another 6 months when the watch you sold me beaks down again I have to pay 700£ for service .
You obviously don’t want to buy the watch as you are actually admitting you have sold a shit item you don’t even believe you can sell it again ! ( what a joke)

Plenty of other watch traders, make your research and don’t trust them . ( also very weird that they are constantly switching their contact numbers, in order to get in touch with them )

I am very unhappy , disappointed, with this company , I feel like they sold me an item that should be used for lifetime , but required service after 6 months only, purely don’t promote it as excellent , say it’s satisfactory condition. Just shocking and not right and your defensive answer below is just proving it all !!
I won’t trust and buy from them again !
We live in a free country where I have the right to express my experience, how I felt and what I like or dislike.
