I received my order yesterday and im so impressed with the quality the drinks bottle is great and perfect thickness of the glass and keeps the drinks cooled.
I got the cola flavoured drops strawberry peach iced tea and mango and cherry boost love them all flavour is good quality cola one to bit to get used to but loving it now get a hint of caramel and cola taste.
not be long before i order more and try other kinds.
delivery was great and painless didn't need to contact waterdrops that's why i have given them a 5 star.
i lok forward to buying more

I bought a water bottle from Waterdrop a couple days ago, and its coating turned out to be faulty. I reached out to customer service and couldn’t be happier with the service and outcome I got. Very friendly and understanding staff, and I’m already getting a replacement bottle soon too! Thanks for helping me out.

I CAN FINALLY DRINK THE WATER I NEED DURING THE DAY

Personally i use two tabs for my own taste. The cola flavour is great, IF you use two tabs. Also it took 18 days for the starter pack to get to me, after i placed the order.

Came from Czech Republic, FecEx delivered my order, which they couldn;t find my address initially. Strange, no one else (DPD, UPS and royal mail dont have issues).

4 days alter, item delivered after a call to fedex local depot.

Great quality, but more important they have amazing customer support, especially Adel. Great great service really can't stress this enough

I hate drinking water and not a lover of squash so this is a perfect solution I get my water intake and at a flavour I love.
I love the fact I have a subscription for my 'I can't afford to run out of' flavour it just delivers at my convenience.

Delays, delays, delays. I ordered the product well over a month ago, but shipment has repeatedly been delayed and I still haven't received the product. The company does not reach out proactively to inform about the shipping process

Great product at great value

I love the water drop capsules, especially the cola flavour - that’s the only one I use now. I only wish I could change the delivery to every 2 months instead of having to receive them every month - it doesn’t give me that option tho

Really happy with Waterdrop. The flavours are fresh and subtle, not overly sweet, and it genuinely makes drinking enough water easier during the day. Love that it’s sugar-free and feels like a small upgrade to a healthy routine. Definitely sticking with this.

I love all the different tastes but also that Waterdrop invests in new tastes so you can change. They deliver quickly and they have really nice actions. I'm a big fan of Waterdrop, I only drink waterdrop, take them with me on Holiday to Spain ;-)

Taste disgusting and when I tried to return had to cover the cost to send them recorded back to Czech Republic for the pleasure. Expensive, disgusting and terrible customer service.
No refund as it wouldn’t have been worth sending them back as the reimbursement for that cost is in vouchers for their under parr products. Also take ages to dissolve. Not impressed!

I drink way more water with water drop products.

I was looking for a way to drink less Cola and know myself that just drinking water isn't for me. I am using Waterdrop for 6 months now and it is working great for me! I found a few flavors that I like and even got a few free rewards with their points system.

Worst investment ever. After one week used filtered water, kettle completely was inside covered in scales. Descaled kettle. After one week again the same situation. Can't believe it. Bought Brita again and no problems

My parcel arrived promptly,in a nice and sturdy box.All the flavours were correct (I even received an extra apple box)👍🏼. Whatever you order from Waterdrop is always a really good quality product.Whether it be a bottle,a drink,a flask,or a glass.I highly recommend this company and it's products

The products are really good and it helps me a lot to get a routine into my drinking during the day. Ordering and delivery always very easy and quick.

Great choice to help you stay hydrated. Cubes are easy to use and taste amazing. It makes me feel.good knowing h these products are all natural. Also love the lucy cap, check it out if you want to make sure you are drinking enough water

I really like this product because of it being sugar and calorie free which means I can drink it during my fasting period. What I don’t like is waiting 11 plus days for delivery! This product is shipped from Europe so I don’t understand why it takes so long! Products I ordered from the US arrive quicker than this. I may end looking for an alternative product because of this.

I purchased the cola flavoured Waterdrops to use whilst hubby and i were overseas. We knew we would be drinking alot of water and wanted something to change up our water intake. We added the cola cube to our water bottles and tasted it..... It was disgusting. We both spat it out, and ended up tipping the remainder out. Extremely artificial and chemical tasting. Disappointing to say the least, after the hype and good reviews.
