I love the customer support team

I love the customer support team — they are always helpful and responsive.
My only issue was with the products themselves: my first bottle arrived with a manufacturing defect. The replacement also had a defective cap, and the bamboo cap cracked after a few days.

That said, every time I contacted support, they resolved the issue quickly and sent a replacement. Great service, but product quality could be more consistent.

Flavored water

Really like my flavored water. Very convenient and makes me consume more water on daily basis. A bit expensive, but in a sale it is affordable.

3-stage undersink water filtration system

I purchased and had a 3-stage under-sink water filter system installed in June 2025. Unfortunately, in December 2025, the system started making strange noises and stopped functioning, even after I replaced the PP filter, which is supposed to be changed every six months.

After discussing the issue with customer service, they offered me either a brand-new 3-stage under-sink filter system or a full refund. I chose to receive a replacement, as the water quality from this system had improved significantly.

Now, in the new year of 2026, I have received the new 3-stage water filter system, and it is working well. I also noticed that the system is compatible with tubing from Bunnings, which makes installation very convenient.

I would like to sincerely thank Kimberly, the Customer Service Representative from Waterdrop, for handling my case so professionally and efficiently.

Although the first system failed after six months, I still highly recommend the 3-stage water filter system. The customer service is excellent, and you can truly feel that they care about their customers.

Disappointment!

What a joke! I’ve placed an order to try this and I’m really disappointed as I haven’t even received my order yet. I’ve placed an order on the 28th of December 2025 with no further update or emails where my order is up until today.

I’ve chased up on my order and sent an email to Waterdrop so find out about my order. Today I’ve received an email that my order is on the way and will be delivered on 13th of January! This is more than two weeks I’ll be waiting for my order to be delivered.

No where on the website was this information stated. The shipping clearly stated on checkout 2-3 business days. False information!
They’ve lost new customer because I will never order again from them. I rather order from Humantra instead!

Due to the public holidays, the relevant business days were 29.12, 30.12, 31.12 and 02.01, and the shipping confirmation was sent immediately after, meaning there was a delay of one business day compared to the stated processing time.

Took my order and payment only to be…

Took my order and payment only to be informed product was out of stock a month later. I ended up getting the product from another supplier, Waterdrop were no help.

Product is good but customer service is…

Product is good but customer service is non existent an you pay for items never knowing if your going to receive what you paid for..they either turn up or the don't 50/50 with this company....
