Amazing.. Already have an old Waterpik machine and rather fancied the whitening one.. but couldnt justify buying a whole new machine. I asked if the whitening tablets could go in the old machine.. no they couldnt not but the whitening wand can be fixed to the old machine. Ordered , arrived the next day and it works perfectly.. thankyou

I had this waterpik for 2 years before it stopped working. I was happy with it but when it it came to replacing it I bought a cheaper model, the Nevadent for £19.99, and it's brilliant, much lighter and easier to use than my previous waterpik, and way cheaper

Just replacing brushes, most helpful and friendly staff making it a pleasure to shop. The brushes of course are of the high quality as all the waterpik produces. I purchased my first waterpik over 50 years ago. When I visit the dentist they usually remarked on the lack of plaque on my teeth. I am very pleased to have been introduced to waterpik. Many thanks.

I bought this product for the plaque part for which it is fantastic- my teeth are close together and it gets into all the nooks and crannies.
The ordinary tooth brush part is not as good as my battery operated one
But having said that I am still thrilled I bought it and would definitely do so again.

We somehow lost our Water pik charger but found the replacement at Water pik online and had it safely delivered within a few days. Reasonable price too.

For sum reason I couldn’t order on line, so I ordered over the phone and spoke to a very helpful person. Ordered a day before bank holiday and it arrived on time first thing Monday morning .

I am very pleased with the Waterpik WF-10UK. I got the hang of using it with a couple of tries and it does a great job cleaning in between my teeth and I feel it is already making a difference.
I decided to try a water flosser as I had to get a crown on one of my teeth a year ago, and food has been getting lodged between the teeth and the crown. This flosser already feels like it is doing a better job than my string flossing, as well as improving the cleaning around my other teeth.
I looked at many water flossers before deciding to buy a Waterpik WF-10UK. I settled on this model and make as it has good battery life, with a charge taking a few hours rather than all day. Combined with easily available and reasonably priced replacement tips, plus the unit is not too bulky.

The water picker plug arrived within 2days, the man I text answered my call immediately then I ordered the plug. Was parcelled well so have no complaints, would order from this company again if required.

We received mail for Correos advising us that we might have to pay duty but did not in the end. There are communication issues between you and them.
I have seen any Incoterms on invoice. I would have expected DDP.
