This is the worst waterpik I have ever owned the water pressure is nowhere near the previous model so bad that I’ve ordered the old model from Boots.

I bought a very good aterpik several…
I bought a very good aterpik several years ago, sadly it stopped working and I'd had to buy a new one. This one has a smaller water container, so needs to be filled twice. Also there are 3 flow pressures.. the middle one is a bit too soft and the higher one a bit too hard. I gave 4 stars but would have starred 3.5 if I could have done

Good advice, good service
I needed a replacement part, which was temporarily out of stock, but on enquiry I was advised that another model part (same price) would work with my model. I ordered, and received the part within 48 hours.

Best customer service
Best customer service, Uk-based and very helpful. I had my unit for 6 years now, no issues. When it will be time to replace it I'll definitely replace it with another waterpik one.
