Efficient service for all possible replacement parts for waterpik modelsI have used several times and each time clear website gudes me to the part I am looking for. Should point out I am a recently retired dentist who has been a strong advocate for this product !

The product arrived in good time and as expected. My previous Waterpik developed leaks and I was keen to register my new one as instructed. I now learn that the registration process is no longer live, the information provided was incorrect and while it doesn't affect my 2 yr warranty, still 3 stars instead of 5. They need to update the product information.

The new black Waterpik looks very smart on the bathroom shelf and works perfectly. I am very pleased with this product.

I couldn't find what I wanted online which was a replacement spare part
for my waterpik.
So I phoned the company and the person I spoke to was very helpful.
I needed a new wand as the hose had split on my machine.
My part wasn't available at the time but was offered a wand from a different
model which would be compatible.
Very happy with the way I was treated.

Since we started using it we had no more problems with gums. Great! But now after over 2 years, that little black rubber valve at the bottom of water container is leaking water. Badly. I can buy spare but only together with container for £5 plus another £5 for delivery, so that little thing would cost me 15% of the whole device. The device is as good as it's weakest link - black rubber valve.

I had a problem in getting a new handle and hose for my Waterpik 660 product and they responded immediately with an alternative suggestion.
I placed an order and it was despatched immediately and arrived next morning.
I was well impressed.
