Really good experience all round. Ordered the product close to Christmas time the longer than expected delivery time is understandable.
The product is great. My daughter absolutely loves it and has been in and out of the pool with it on all holiday!

Before buying (September 2025) communication was excellent -same day replies- and they confirmed in writing a 100-day no-quibble money-back guarantee. That’s why I ordered, October 13th 2025.
Exactly two months in, the filter starts faulting — all icons flashing like a disco on several occasions. I contacted Watery (first contact 12th of December 2025) via all routes- the original email thread, their form, and follow-ups.
Ignored.
Only after I threatened escalation I'm well geared up for (18th of December 2025) did they suddenly reply the next day— not with a return address as requested or pre-paid label, but asking for a video. When I originally said the file was too big to email, they offered no upload link, no WhatsApp, nothing. Pure stall tactics to me.
I’m well within the 100-day return window. Fault or not, they should provide return details and a refund. Instead: silence.
Amazing pre-sale service. Post-payment? None, they disappear, to me it looks like hoping people would give up.
Watery: respond, provide the return details and refund — or see you in small claims.

Thanks for your reply. You’re correct that this wasn’t covered by the 30-day guarantee, it was purchased under the 100-day no-quibble return policy and returned well within that timeframe.
After waiting around 10 days for an initial response, I was eventually given a return address. However, I was refused a pre-paid return label and explicitly told “we don’t provide labels or refund return postage” — despite the return being due to a faulty product.
I returned the filter via Royal Mail Recorded & Signed For on 29 December 2025. Tracking confirms it was delivered on 31 December.
It is now 19 January 2026. Three weeks later, I’ve received no confirmation, no communication, and—most importantly—no refund.
At this point, it appears I’ll have no option but to pursue recovery through the small claims court.

Regarding your order, please note that you are not covered by our 30-day return policy if you wish to return the product for a refund. Since this appears to be a fault with the item, it also falls under the 2-year warranty, which protects you against manufacturing defects.
To move forward, we will make sure you receive the pre-paid return label and instructions so you can send the product back. Once we receive it, we will handle the product claim.
We truly regret the lack of communication and any inconvenience it caused, and we are committed to resolving this as quickly as possible.
