I had high hopes for their platform given the features advertised, but their customer service is completely unreliable. I booked a Google Meet call through their official calendar — they never showed up, and no follow-up was provided. On top of that, they claim to offer monthly billing, but in reality, force annual payments once you proceed to checkout. The lack of transparency and poor communication makes it very hard to trust this company, especially for businesses relying on real-time messaging. I’m switching to a more responsive and honest platform.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Wati. 😞 I subscribed to their platform for automation tools like abandoned cart recovery and marketing for my website inaayastore.com, but the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. 😤
Despite raising two support tickets, I have received little to no support. 🚫 The first ticket was closed by someone named Jasperet without any resolution, and the second ticket, currently active with Vivek, has not been responded to at all. 🕒 This is not what I expected from a professional service, and it has been a waste of my time and money. 💸
The lack of communication, poor customer service, and unhelpful responses have left me with no choice but to cancel my subscription. ❌ I would not recommend this service to anyone looking for reliable automation or support. 😡

They keep charging even though I have emailed them to close my account. Just because someone must reply and to the cancellation process it took 88 days to understand that they need to cancel my account

I had a pathetic experience on Wati. The company is so unethical that you won’t find an option to cancel subscription yourself. For that you need to contact them on email and wait for their response. I messaged them, but they kept charging my card. My emails were clear seeking cancellation and stop charging my card. They are still renewing it and it was last renewed yesterday.
Due to technical bugs, we couldn’t use it and you will be surprised to know that we are being billed despite the fact that we never used the service even once. I have all receipts and emails for records, and can be shared to TrustPilot if anyone doubts authenticity of this review.
Their policy says the amount is unconditionally non refundable. Since it is a prepaid service, it is pity that you can’t cancel your subscription yourself or delete your card.

We've been extremely patient, but the issue of new messages from clients not appearing in chat remains unresolved. It's been over two weeks, and we are still waiting for a fix.
Considering that we have over 20 accounts with WATI and spend more than £2,000 per month, this level of service is unacceptable. If this is how a long-term, high-value customer is treated, I can’t imagine what other users might experience.
We need this issue resolved immediately, or we will have to reconsider our options.

Unbelievably unprofessional! I was scheduled for a meeting, and after waiting for 30 minutes, no one showed up. Upon following up via email, I was informed that the person (Jason) was on sick leave and couldn’t attend.
If they knew this in advance, why didn’t they inform me? Instead, I kept receiving reminders to join the demo call. A complete disregard for people’s time!

such horrible people. They are manually working at the back end for each client. manually setting up things at the back end taking days to do a small thing. Run fast guys, they wont let you delete your payment card when you want to go away. No option to delete the account or payment cards. Expect no refunds. They have pushed down the 1 start reviews by buying more 5 star comments, Thats where money they are spending rather getting their product better. So sad, I chose to use this thing for a client. It made me embaressed and shake my own trust that i lost the money and trust he did on me.
