Genuinely surprised at some of the bad reviews on here, as we literally have had these guys to us for the last maybe 15 years over 2 houses. They have always turned up in the timeframe given, fixed the problem and done a great job. Polite and friendly. I have always found their customer services great.
These guys are first class, reliable focused on quality, customer service and competitive. Darryl is a great guy and first class tradesmen. Keep it up.

Would not recommend this company at all. Shocking customer service and atrocious communication (none!). Have made 3 appointments and failed to show for any of them and no communication from them to advise. Constantly have to chase them and no apologies for the shocking service. Use at your peril.
