Sent me wrong items, wrong sizes. For 3 months kept sending me exact same email apologizing. Now they want me send it back at my expense. Buyer beware. Just a rip off

This company is a sham! — DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!
Having now read previous reviews on here, I feel silly I didn’t investigate further before ordering from this scam company.
I placed my order & paid for shipping in February 2025. To which I received notification it could take 1-3 weeks for my items to arrive.
After weeks of waiting I contacted them April 1. Several back & forth emails to their customer support for further information to absolutely no avail! — I still have not received my order!
I requested a full refund! However W&T insist they have sent the item which is a lie!..& they refuse to refund me the full amount! Instead, offering a “gesture of goodwill” to refund me 20% of my total paid.
Deplorable company with terrible customer service & values! Don’t waste your money with them!

Waited 6 weeks to get what wasn't advertised...
Not even close to the right size,and it looked like it was made using 5 cents worth of the shittiest material.
Customer Service and Tracking was non existent.

Id rather put out a campfire with my face than to order from this company again...Worse than AIDS and Stage 4 Cancer.

I ordered a pair of shorts. It took 4 weeks to get them and the shorts I received was not what I ordered. In fact, they were a very cheaply made pair that I will probably throw away.
I should've known better. I looked up the BBB rating, and they had an "F".

This site is totally fraud!!!! I ordered 3 swim trunks and it took almost 8 weeks to receive from China!!!! The swim trunks were so thin and looked nothing like the photos posted on website!!!!! They are pure junk and are to thin to use as cleaning rags! I tried calling the number listed on site does not work and they will not give me my refund!!!! The want to give me 20% and me keep the junk they sent me!!!! Do not order from these rip off artist!!!!

This company is a fraud and needs to be taken down. Took 5 weeks to receive items, they were not what we ordered and looked like cheap something, and now they want me to foot the bill to ship to China for a refund. FRAUD

Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered as I experienced the same customer service. As I once read, "Abandon all hope ye who enter here."

Don’t waste your money - they send wrong size but wanted me to ship back to China at my expense. Worst ever customer service. Luckily I had an email as documentation of what they promised. I opened a dispute with PayPay and my money was returned.
Don’t buy from this company!

I feel foolish now reading all of these reviews with identical experiences. I wish I had read these before so I could have avoided this scam. Same scenario as everyone else. Chinese size XXL, they are maybe an American medium at best. They expect you to ship back to China and pay the return shipping yourself. I tried to fight the charge through my credit card company but we’ll see whether or not that works. Don’t make the same mistake that I did. Steer clear of this company. Worst customer service I’ve ever received. For over a month I’ve been getting passed around from agent to agent and receive the same copy and pasted responses over and over. It’s absurd. Don’t get scammed.

Contrary to the many bad or even worse reviews here on tripadvisor I just love their products and enjoy a speedy delivery, it´s already my second order, qualitiy and fitting is 100 % perfect and fantastic. In Europe I won´t get these lovely colorful bathing trunks that cheap, this time I bought 3 briefs

Boy, did i screw up by not checking reviews before i ordered swim trunks. Every one duplicates the horrible experience i had. Ordered 2XL ( 38 - 42 waist) trunks and the paper thin material that arrived would have trouble fitting a 34 waist.
Fixable if they had a viable return policy - which they do not - your only option is to send it back to China on your own dime. Right.
they offered me a measly 10% refund and i could keep the worthless trunks.
this is clearly a scam operation that should be reported.

This company is terrible. I spent $90 on 2 pairs of shorts and they do not fit. I ordered size 42 with a 7 inch inseam and I received size 42 with a 12 inch inseam. How could they get it so wrong. On top of this, it took a month to get them to me from the time I ordered them. This is a Chinese company and even though the "Customer Satisfaction" pledge they make on their website sounds good....there is no customer service....none whatsoever. Buyer beware. Don't just read my review...read the other ones as well

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. It looks like it might be legit but I knew the second the tracking said how long it would take that it was bad news. I usually stay away from all FB and Instagram ads because the same is usually the case but this was found on a regular Google search. I wish I had done more research on them before purchasing. The quality is terrible, the style looks nothing like the pics on the website and the design on the fabric is so blurry that you can't even tell it's supposed to be yellow flamingos... looks like maybe a yellow rubber ducky or yellow blob. Spend a little more on trunks and don't lose your money!

Ridiculous delivery time. Appalling quality. Received items NOTHING like what i ordered. Their support team wont help, PayPal wont help. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Complete scam of a company.

Cheap Knockoffs of Of other brands products, poor quality. Very slow at shipping . Hard to reach customer service.

Extremely poor company to deal with. Products ordered are not as advertised and very poor quality. Zero customer service. I returned product to the address on original shipping label, but post office returned it as undeliverable. Used Visa and disputed charge. Visa credited me and is chasing company.

Trying to track my order so I will know the date it's delivered YXAG30LMY I paid 183.00 on May 10th.....after reviewing and reading these complaints this is sad and ridiculous I just ask they seen me what I paid for are give me my money back
