Update got the shorts but not the expandable waist I ordered! How hard is it to check the order?

Phone number isn’t working. No response to emails! Guess my money went down the drain!

Product comes from China. My shorts were not at all what was pictured or described in the order. Wrong color, wrong length, no expandable waist. Multiple e-mails about trying to return--then the return was going to cost as much as the product, They try to wear you down. Worst ordering experience ever.

Do NOT order from Wavesand trunks.com. The swimwear are made of cheap thin material and no liners in men's trunks. I tried to cancel the order after no confirmation of purchase or tracking information at two weeks. They refused to cancel the order and I eventually received a partial shipment at 8 weeks from the order date. It ships from China evidently and return shipping would cost me more than the items. They reimbursed me 10% of the purchase price and told me to keep the items. I donated them - too cheaply made to wear.

Any google ad you see from this company says "get it by [today's date +7 days."
Go to their website and their policies are opposite and promise no such time frame.
Delivery is completely untrackable.
I contacted them for a refund when I realized I wouldn't receive the item on time. "Sarrah" (and/or an AI)
Response said 'sorry but it was already out for delivery.'
Order placed 2/19/2024. It's 3/29/2024 and I have seen neither order fulfillment nor refund.

Order Number #26522 - I need to return some shorts because they are too big. I have contacted customer service 6 times for a return slip to be sent and 6 times i have wasted my time as no return slip has ever been sent.
I purchased the shorts in good faith but i am now of the belief that the company is a scam. They were purchased on 03/01/24 and 6 emails later for a return slip (this is email no 7) to be emailed after delivery ABSOLUTLY NOTHING!!! you people should be ashamed of yourselves

Complete lies. They never ship you anything. They just take your money. Customer service number is disconnected.

Nightmare - I'm usually very careful about ordering, but for some reason I trusted & made a purchase. It was taking forever, so I reached out... then I read the reviews and I'm sick about it! I cannot believe I didn't do a better job of checking before ordering - As others have noted, this is NOT a company from Canada as it appears. Very disappointing experience! I guess my question is, why does PayPal keep okaying these orders? - it appears this has been an issue for years - over & over & over -- Seems like companies like this would be red flagged if this keeps happening repeatedly!

Total scam! Run away! Wish I could have read the reviews first! Order green corduroy pants in size large. Received 5 weeks later white extra small thermal underwear type of pants. Refund?? Kiss that money goodbye!!!

Don’t purchase from this company! They send the wrong items and then expect you to pay shipping to return them the CHINA!!!!

Do not order from this company. Item received (men's corduroy joggers) is terrible quality; not recognizable as corduroy. Earlier,when inquiring about shipping of the order, received delayed response; when tried to cancel was informed it was too late. Very poor product quality, non existence customer service. Buyer Beware!
Would give Zero Stars if an option.

Ordered on July 17 delivered on August 21st. No contact for 3 weeks filed a Pay Pal case and finally got a response. Would never buy again. Also order was not correct. Got two pair of same trunks .ordered two different ones.

Do not order from this website. They took 5+ weeks to deliver my items. They do not answer the customer service phone number and I’ve been waiting over 1 month for an email response. This website is a complete scam. If you order from them, know that you will never ever receive a refund.

Wow! I wish I would’ve read the reviews here before I ever ordered from this company, Waves & Trunks. I ordered swim trunks for my hubby and experienced the exact same thing as everyone here. My advice, do not deal with them…at all!! They need to be investigated and taken off any search engine. When my order didn’t arrive, I emailed them. Got a scripted response saying they would contact me in 1-2 business days. I waited. Nothing! Emailed them again and again, with no response other than the same generic one. I realized something wasn’t right. I found their phone number and guess what…yep…phone number is disconnected, or it’s bogus. I now have filed a dispute against them with my credit card company.

Same experience, ordered, was sent confirmation but no delivery, no tracking details, phone doesn't work, no response to endless emails...yes, complete scam.

Surprised they can be so prevalent on internet and be complete hoax.

This company says that they're from Canada. I ordered womens cargo pants. Never got a confirmation number, never got tracking information, phone number is no longer listed, they do not respond to emails. PayPal is investigating them. Do not order from this company. They are fraud.

RUN. Fast. This is a follow up from my previous "guessing" review. I am happy to report that I was right on the money. Ordered a set of weekender casual shorts 5" inseam. Finally received a set of beach style, no fly, drawstring waist, cheap 10" inseam contraptions. 3 or 4 requests to return were answered by a computer generated message that they will get back to me in 1-2 days. Really. I was right. One crooked (smart-law-abiding-citizen's with today's standards) man's, with a computer, operation.

Orders 3 pairs of swim trunks in size small but got 3 size large instead.. sent a email explaining the wrong size and just wanted to get exchange for the right size and was told that I will be contacted to correct the problem but it's been a month now but and no one contacted me about the issues. Sent a few emails but still nothing from them. Was planning on buying more but not only I won't be buying any but will let everyone know to stay away from this company. Very bad business practices.

I ordered 2 men bswim trunks size m and they sent me 2 xlarge- phone is disconnected and no response to emails. SCAM
