Still waiting for my merchandise. No response to emails and phone number is a non starter. Finally received an email saying item had shipped directing me to a tracking service but alas I have no tracking number. I have slim to no hope that I will receive the product I ordered and pretty much an accepting that I tapped into a scam site. Beware shoppers.

I only gave 1 star because it would let me leave ZERO.
5 weeks shipping. No tracking info. No one answers phone listed on website. Shorts no way near as described. Writing on package all oriental. I am now out $50. Reporting to BBB. Jerks taking advantage of people. I WANT A REFUND. email not answered. KHARMA!!

I ordered my swimsuit 3 July and I received mine on 1 December. The swimsuit quality is good but it does not make up for the long wait.

I received the wrong sizes. I purchased three pair. All three were wrong. They ship from China.

Bad customer service, they don’t send the right trunk order and act like it’s your mistake. You are supposed to pay return shipping for wrong orders!

Ordered swimsuits in large received them in the wrong size have sent emails with no response and of course phone is out of order. TOTAL SCAM!!!!

I also got scammed this summer. Ordered something in June, they charged me in July and I just got it in September. But now I don't want it of course and the return information doesn't give a complete address to return it to. I thought my CC was looking into it and I filed a report with the FTC. You can't tell from the website that things are being shipped from China. And they have the nerve to keep sending me promotional emails. I hate being scammed.

Not shipped from the US as stated on website. Ordered on 6/20 and received it on 9/5 only after reaching out to PayPal. Inferior quality product and lousy customer service. Will cost more to return then the cost of the swimsuit.

Low-quality items and their customer service is horrible. They do NOT answer to emails and no phones to contact. They say the product has been delivered BUT never received any of it. Hard to get them to answer emails and even more to try to get a refund

If I could give zero stars I would. Over a month with no response to several emails.

Received my order but when I emailed the company to make a return, got no response. Not a total scam, but definitely pretty scammy.

Charged me for my purchase but I never received it. Phone number nor website email are valid any longer! Scam! Do not use!

They sent me a different style that was too small - even put a label on the inner package saying they knew it was the wrong size but they hoped I'd enjoy it! Now they won't answer my complaint.

Follow up on August 2nd. Spoke with usps, yesterday. Was sent merchandise. However, usps states Waves and trunks purposefully put the wrong address. So, now my merchandise was shipped after wandering the USA for weeks, back to China.
This fraudulent company has my money and my merchandise. Knew immediately I was screwed when Postal service didn't retrieve it. I contacted usps 7 times via phone calls, emails, since the last
week in July. They didn't try. So after 2 months of trying endlessly to get this package, I have to accept, I have been SCREWED by waves and trunks aided the USPS. No longer willing to purchase on the Internet nor companies that ship via usps. Perhaps it's time to dismantle the usps!

I ordered swim trunks from them a month ago. STILL WAITING! Never again from these clowns. No tracking number, and no idea if I’ll ever get my stuff.

BUYER BEWARE!!! This company is awful! They took my money, plus a “card fee” sent me a “fake” order number and later a “fake” tracking number! I’ve tried to email them, but it says “can’t be found”. I’m mad at myself because I’m usually more cautious!! So they took my money, I have no product, and there’s nothing I can do about it! 😡 They must be getting rich off of this scam!

BUYER BEWARE, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! Same thing happened to me, ordered July 3 and it's now August 13 and nothing except a fake tracking number saying my item was shipped on July 21 from their partner in CA. No response to my emails, they don't answer their phone. ALSO MOST IMPORTANTLY, THEIR RETURN POLICY IS NO RETURNS 30 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE, BUT YOU DON'T GET YOUR ITEM IN 30 DAYS, IM AT 40 DAYS TODAY AND NO ITEM YET
