This company is a straight up FRAUD. I ordered July 11. I got a tracking number that was fake. Then got a second tracking number that USPS recognizes, but it never received the package so also fake. Says it’s in Los Angeles at a shipping partner called Light in the Box. It’s now August 8. Their phone number doesn’t work. I filed a complaint with PayPal and they sent them the same BS tracking info. This is a Chinese fake company trying to cheat as many people as they can before they get shut down. If you ordered from them, report the fraud to your payment service NOW. Enough reports and they won’t be able to take payments. Shut them down!

China based company. Their phone numbers are out of service, the first tracking number they gave me doesn’t exist, the second tracking number says they are not in the US postal service yet and I have yet to receive anything seven weeks later. I’ll change this review if I ever get anything, but don’t be fooled. Buy American.
After 8 weeks my goods arrived. In all the wrong sizes. Am I returning them to China? No. I’m stuck with them. I won’t go through that nightmare again.
Stay away.

Don’t expect expedited delivery! This company ships from China. I ordered 3 speedos on 7/13, they shipped on 7/20 and I received them on 8/4. Actually not a bad time frame given that we are in a pandemic.
When they send you the shipping confirmation you have to take the “SF” tracking number and plug it into the 17track.net site to see your shipping updates.
Search coupon codes before you check out! I saved 30% using a code I found online! Order a size up.
You can find these same suits on Amazon for a little more but with Prime shipping if you don’t want to wait.

I ordered June 8th it is NOW August 3rd. I sent 5 emails this is ridiculous!!! I’m beyond furious!!!! 🤬🤬🤬
I even sent proof of my Receipt they owe me $50.00

I wish I had looked at these reviews before ordering from Waves and Trunks! I saw their website and placed my order under the impression that I'd receive these swim trunks in about 2 weeks or less. Finally went and bought swim trunks at Wal-Mart for my husband and son.
They make you believe that they are an American company and that your items will be shipped from the USA, then when you receive the info on shipping, you find out that your order is bouncing around China! I will never order online again without a thorough search for reviews about the company!
I still haven't received my order, but it's supposed to be leaving China soon!

The order has been sitting in Los Angeles since July 16th, which contradicts the previous tracking I received.
I've given up on the order and attempting as charge back through my credit card company.

Big scam. Placed an order April 4th
Been trying to contact them. Phone not in service. Merchandise has been in one spot in china since May 6th.

I ordered two pairs of briefs on June 5th and they only just arrived on July 18th (about six weeks total for shipping). This company is obviously a terrible mess with zero customer service, but I did want to write that my items did arrive eventually and they were the right size. When they FINALLY got to the US from China, the tracking number became my USPS tracking number and it got here pretty quickly. The quality is mediocre at best, but you get what you pay for? Good luck everyone.

Had to give 1 star because 0 isn’t optional. Don’t order from here! First off they do not ship from the US like they claim. Company has no working contact info. They took my funds & claimed to have shipped my items but they can not be located. I’m out my items & funds. Trying to get money back but it’s not going so well...ugg!!!!! NEVER ORDER FROM HERE They just take your money & run They should be ashamed but you know they’re not. I’ve tried MANY times to get in touch with them but hard with no working contact info. TRUST WHAT YOU READ HERE DO NOT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Scam Scam SCAM!!!! This is a fake company scamming the world. You place an order, they send you a confirmation email and then a follow-up saying that shipments are delayed because of Covid 19. Item never comes. Their hope is that you won’t call your credit card company to dispute the charge.

They sent me an email with 'shipped' but tracking number wasn’t valid. I ordered June 5th and it is now July 10th Would like a refund . Should have looked at all their horrible reviews before purchasing from them.

Do not buy from this company!

They are not a USA company and they make you think they are. Received an email that my purchase has shipped. Tracking number showed as valid at first but now it is no longer valid. Can’t get ahold of customer service, refund policy, terms of service is nonexistent when you go into them. No way to cancel my order.

Made a donation to China!

Horrible. They sent me an email with 'shipped' but literally no tracking number. I have emailed them 3 times now for a tracking number and no response. I ordered May 15th and it is now July 7th. Would like a refund but probably wont happen considering how awful their customer service is. Should have looked at all their reviews before purchasing from them.

Fraud. They say they are shipping from the US. They are not and the Asia tracking number is not real. PayPal dispute started! Don’t purchase from Waves and Trunks.

0 Stars to be more accurate! I'm in the same boat! Ordered in May 2020, took my money, haven't received anything! Tells you shipping from US, NOT... shipping from China! This site needs to be removed & them charged with fraud!

I am only giving this company 1 star because assigning stars is required to write a review. I ordered swim trunks on 05/31/2020 and it stated directly on their website that they were being shipped from the USA. A few days later, I received a shipping confirmation and tracking number. They were supposedly being from China. Aside from false advertising, the email stated that I should receive the item in 14-21 days. It is now day 31 and I have yet to receive my item. They have failed to respond to all of my written inquiries and their listed phone number is not in service. Do not purchase items from this company. Their customer service is non-existent and their items are not shipped from the country that is listed on their website. Add to that, I received an extra charge on my credit card to cover a "Debit Card Fee Visa International Service Assessment".

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This company took our money over one month ago and has yet to send the items we ordered! I agree with everyone’s comments before mine..... No working number, no one has returned my emails and I cannot even track my order! DO NOT ORDER. They are scammers! I would like to know how a company who scams is listed as the second choice for men’s swimwear on GOOGLE! I don’t trust google for this very reason.

The only reason I gave them one star is negative stars were not a option. Horrible company liars cheats and thieves ordered something two months ago and never received it but yet I get 7-10 junk emails a day from them with other offers . Why in the world would I buy another item from you when you ripped me off on the first one . You suck !

On May 6th I ordered a pair of trunks for my husband. Six weeks later I had nothing but a disconnected phone number and no response to my emails. I filed a fraud claim with my credit card company, as my account had been debited the amount of my purchase and a week later I had my order. I have no paper work on this order and these trunks need to be returned. Again, no working phone number.
The size tag in the trunks has been removed so I have no idea what was sent to me.
Waves and Trunks do the right thing and contact me.
