The wrong pump came with my new paddleboard - I dropped the team a note to explain and within 10 minutes Elizabeth had responded and confirmed delivery of a new one, and had arranged a collection for the wrong one. Amazing!

I have had nothing but problems with my foam hot tub heater unit. It overheats, at one point it got to 52 degrees c. Total waste of money. It has cost me a fortune in replacing water, overheating and time replacing units. I wish I had never got it. I thought I was covered because of the warranty but they will not reimburse me after them trying to fix the error on 3 different occasions.

First-rate customer service
I had a problem with the lid that came with my hot tub. Even though I had ordered the hot tub quite some time ago, Esther responded to my email very quickly (same day) and got me a replacement sent out with no quibble. She was very helpful, as have been the other staff from Wavespa I've spoken to since first starting to look at hot tubs about 18 months ago.

Great Wave Foam Tahoe Spa
Ordered Wave Foam Tahoe Spa. Delivered earlier than expected. Which was a positive. Registered warranty easily and got a confirmation to confirm this. Hot tub a tad difficult to slot the foam panels in. But got there in the end. So far this hot tub has been great. Heats up quickly. Maintenance support replied to quickly. Bubbles great. Seems very sturdy and made from quality products. Would recommend others for this hot tub.
