My hot tub arrived with 2 incorrect foam panels. I discussed the problem over email with Esther who quickly resolved the issue and advised me that replacement panels would be sent to via next day delivery. I couldn't ask for better than that. Give that girl a gold star.

Spa arrived promptly, unfortunately 1 of the panels had been damaged in transit. Contacted Wave, Elizabeth promptly responded and arranged for a replacement which arrived within a few days, no hassle just a few polite emails from Elizabeth and all sorted. Aluminium spa looks fantastic, would definitely recommend.

Esther was extremely helpful and efficient when I received the wrong colour hot tub cover. She sorted the issue out immediately with no hassle and kept me updated throughout the process. Her customer service was excellent and she made what could have been a frustrating experience completely stress-free. I really appreciated her quick response and support.

We had a problem with our delivery, parts were missing. We contacted Wave and Elizabeth was very helpful. The only issue I have or a suggestion I would give is to make it easier to speak to someone. The only way we were able to make contact was through a customer comment on the website or by email. And this was difficult to do. It would be easier to talk on the phone about the issue.

Got the hot tub back out after winter, filled it up and had a problem with the bubbles coming on when trying to heat up. Reached out to after sales on Saturday and had a response on the same day went through some fault finds and still didn't cure the problem. New control panel sent out and its back up and running, thanks for your support David.

Quality of the product seems very good, to be honest as good, if not better than my previous tub from a Canadian coming. Heater is very efficient. We have had a small issue but the support team, and particularly Elizabeth were really good and sent a new controller immediately. Looking forward to some chilled, but warm evenings.

This is the second Spa I have purchased from Wave, this time I have upgraded to the Adriatic 6-person model.
I am very happy with the purchase, such a massive difference in comfort , energy saving and heat retention.
The big thing that stood out for me was the Customer service, Sophie was my point of contact for the small issue I had.
Sophie was quick in her replies and remedied my issue with no hesitation whatsoever, for this I am very grateful.
I appreciate a quality product but without great customer service it is lost with me, Sophie went above and beyond to help me out and made me feel important.

Wave are the best company i have ever bought anything off, i have had a couple of issues with my hot tub and they have been dealt with and rectified immediately, they are a pleasure to do business with, i would recommend them to anyone, nothing is too much trouble for them, especially Antria who returns correspondence swiftly and in a very easy to understand way.
