Exceptional boards. Love my Wave Pro 2.0. Best board I’ve owned. Recently had an issue with my paddle that was resolved instantly and a replacement sent out. Couldn’t ask for better service and for the price these boards are the best out there. Fair better and lighter than my Gladiator Pro which was twice the price.

Ordered a kayak which was delivered quickly. Unfortunately, the backpack was missing but customer services were great and got one sent out to me within a few days. The Kayak itself is great value for money, especially at the sale price I got it for, and is of far better quality than those costing much, much more

Customer service is practically non-existent. I had a mishap with delivery address and I could not get through to them to rectify it. At the end I had to arrange a pick up from the address I had provided by mistake which cost me money.
Once I did get the SUP delivered to my address, I lost a fin almost straight away. Since then I am watching their website but the replacement fin I need has been 'SOLD OUT' for some 9 months now. I tries to contact the customer services a few times but they never got back to me.
It was my first time ordering the sup board. I selected the wrong size. Tried to stop the order, was too late. For returns there is a requirement to pay shipping back. Decided to keep the board. Struggling with it.
Ordered a late present for Christmas and it arrived in time. Unfortunately I had overestimated the size and wanted to change the item just after Christmas. Dealt with Antria, via email, and the new item was sent to me and again arrived very promptly with no issues at all. Superb service.

Upon receiving my new SUP Cruiser I inflated it to check it all out and noticed a raised area underneath by the fin. I contacted their support team on New Year’s Day and by 10am the next day Esther had already replied, reassuring me that it’s the result of the downward pressure from where you first inflate, causing that area to pop out slightly- nothing to worry about. I’m so looking forward to go on adventures on my new SUP! Such a brilliant piece of kit for the price.

Item was out of stock, emailed in the evening and got a response from Antria first thing in the morning. She was lovely and resolved the situation , providing a better product for the same price but in stock for his size, so as not to disappoint my son at Christmas.

I ordered a paddle board on 11th December and received confirmation of the order which also states DPD next day delivery. On the 18th December I contacted them only to be told the board is out of stock. I wonder when they were ever going to tell me! I asked when the board was going to be back in stock and was told they expect it to be in stock in March at some point but that it would be an upgraded model. I asked if we were to wait until March would they be sending it to me at the same price as that I have already paid. No response - no surprise. I have asked for a full refund but have not had confirmation that it has been activated so I have involved Paypal. I am very cross because this was a christmas present for me son and if they had told me earlier I could have purchased a different board from elsewhere in time for Christmas and also I would have received the refund in time to be able to afford to buy another board.
