I would recommend this company.
I had a small problem with them because my order was out of stock in the colour I ordered and I was not informed and the order didn’t arrive.
However when I queried why the order hadn’t arrived, I had excellent service from Sophie (SS) and an alternative colour is on the way to me.

These are the best changing robes…
These are the best changing robes around,I already have two for dog walking and waiting to buy a 3rd for best 🥰 i can be out in the rain all day and always dry underneath 😊
I’ve been waiting for a size small to come back in stock and Sophie at customer services has been so good with keeping me posted and replies to emails promptly.
Highly recommend these changing robes,wouldn’t even try another brand now 🥰

Good price but limited response
Really good price, one downside the order I received was incorrect and I contacted them. There was no response which made me contact them again. I received the rest of the order 2 days later but it would have been helpful to receive acknowledgement of the first email to save re attempting contact.
In terms of the item, I cannot fault it, brilliant first paddle board for my daughter and a really decent deal and kit.

Great customer service
I bought a WAVE paddleboard a few years ago and it has got so much use! I unfortunately lost my fin on the last paddle of the season. I contacted WAVE as couldn’t see they sold the fin and was told it was now discontinued. Antria was so helpful and kindly agreed to hunt for one. One has been popped in the post. I ordered robes as a gift, but due to the courier’s fault, the shipment was damaged. I communicated with the company representative, Antria, who was very responsive. She quickly organized the return of the damaged package and sent us a new robe. The products are of very high quality — we love them! Fast delivery, great customer service.
My order came next day, I got all components out of the package and pumped it up to check any damages, everything was fine!
I had trouble with the pump not reading and contacted the helpful customer service team, Esther got back to me with a quick response we found that it was me that was the issue! Not the pump.

We ordered 2 large dry robes but we realised when they were here they were the wrong size, Anita was great and helped guide my through the return process. We've since ordered the same robes in medium and their perfect!! Highly recommend!

I couldn’t recommend enough. Bought myself the cruiser at the start of the year & over summer, my 10 and 6 year olds would spend hours out in it together. I’ve just purchased a second board for my daughter’s 11th birthday so that I can actually use my board again as she had loved it. The customer support is fab too & if I’ve had questions, I’ve had quick responses
