So I like these fittings they are a little smaller than other push fits and reasonable value when purchased in bulk.
It's good to talk.
We have taken a range of pipe and fittings in and you have given us no representation.

Received sample promptly and kit enabled me to see how parts worked. I wanted samples to compare with plastic tubes and fittings on a boat so that I could identify whether they were Hep2. They are not do you know what make they are if I send a pic?

Trial fitting arrived on time. Excellent product. Tigris pipe is on the expensive side

I think the product is good quality but its too expensive to use daily on site. Plus, its not easily available either. There are other options that are better priced.

It took a little longer for the Hep20 keyless sample to arrive so had used the std fittings ,
Found the product very easy to install ,simple to connect and disconnect, so far no leaks ,
worth paying that bit extra against copper fittings ,

It's very easy to get everyone attention 😉🤣 just blow😎🙀🙊🙉🙈👺😱🙏😂
But if the fittings were compatible with with the normal bore tubes and more available they would be a no brainer like the workforce 🤔😁😎

We had an emergency job which required a small alteration of pipework and using hep20 it made the job quick and efficient!

Excellent bit off fitting easy to fit well made and solid fitting

Another unnecessary fitting, requiring a special clamp. Quality looked pretty poor compared to others. No instructions. Went in the bin

If I place an order for basic stock items tomorrow Thursday 16th October we wouldn't receive the order until Monday 27th October. In my opinion seven working days lead time for a stock order is really poor.
When you are out of stock of underfloor heating products we get a forecasted due date for delivery which very often can get pushed back four or five times which is no good when the customer is trying to plan when to do the job
