The shoe rack is just right for a small hallway. The shelves fit two pairs of shoes each (so 4 total) although I have placed two pairs of smaller sandals underneath and that's fine. It's so hard to find a small shoe rack to fit into a narrow space, however the website layout and filters made it easy to find the item I wanted at a good price. Delivery was quick and item arrived on time, as stated. The shoe rack is good quality and was so easy to put together! I am thinking about getting another to increase storage.

Absolutely appalling. Ordered a garden table and chairs which was due to be delivered on Tuesday 2nd July. Nothing. Been sitting in the Evri depot apparently since Monday this week - 6 days it has just been sitting there waiting to be delivered. No explanation, no help, can’t get to speak to an actual person. Tracking changed to say it would be delivered on the 7th, then it moved to the 8th and now it’s saying the 9th. Date just keeps changing! Getting absolutely nowhere with either Evri or Wayfair. They’ve said I need to wait on it coming and return it for a refund, and had the cheek to say I’d need to pay to return it for “changing my mind.” I haven’t changed my mind - they just haven’t delivered it! I’m now initiating a chargeback from my bank as giving up with these cowboys!
I needed to a return an item which I purchased and it was faulty. I then had to go back and forth with the manufacturer about the fault. In the end I was given a full refund and asked to dispose of the faulty item that I purchased. This item was a large sun lounger which I had to drive to the local tip to dispose of. This cost me my fuel to drive to the tip and my own time to dispose of the item. It makes me worry about buying future products from yourselves.

The experience was great, only issue was delivery, was notified of the first delivery, the second parcel was left on the doorstep without any notification, luckily it was still there on my return from work

Ordered a fan to be delivered on Saturday the 4th of July, received an email Thursday the 2nd of July saying theirs a delay with my delivery, and it will now be delivered Friday the 1st of January 2027.
That is totally unacceptable

I ordered a extended dinning table and sets of dinning chairs, the delivery was swift. I had issues with a part of the item, the CS was very helpful in sorting it and sending a replacement within 24hrs. I love shopping and buying things from this company.

What a shambles of a company. Dishonest, disreputable, inconsistent and entirely uncooperative, with the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
I attempted to return an item that was unopened and still in its original packaging. The first issue arose when Wayfair refused to arrange collection or recommend a preferred courier, insisting instead that I organise and pay for the return myself and provide the tracking details. I did exactly that, using DPD, and the parcel was delivered to the return address provided by Wayfair. I have proof of delivery.
Since then, I have received a series of contradictory explanations. I have been told that the item had not been returned; that it had been returned but they had lost it; that they had found it again; that it had not been returned after all; and finally that it had been received and that my refund would be processed within 3–5 days. This morning, however, I received yet another email stating that, because I had supposedly failed to return the item, no refund would be issued.
This is despite the fact that I supplied the tracking details and proof of delivery from the outset.
The entire experience has been completely unacceptable. Their returns process appears designed to make returning items as difficult as possible. Their customer service is inconsistent and misleading, making it impossible to understand the true status of a refund. Refusing to process a refund despite clear evidence that the goods were returned is, in my view, dishonest and borders on fraudulent.
I would never use this company again, even if they were the last retailer on Earth.
Bad company to buy from they use AI so almost impossible to get anything sorted forget putting in a complaint that’s impossible too bought sofa that was damaged still not sorted but they are willing to take your money wayfair terrible customer service don’t buy from unless you like faulty goods frustration I and my family wil NOT be buying anything else from wayfair stay clear you have been informed
