Excellent product & Service

I ordered a Textaline sunbed which was advertised as coming with a table.
Sadly on delivery yesterday the table was missing.
I contacted Wayfair via the Facebook Messenger app and the extremely efficient Shauna dealt with my problem . Within a very short time she messaged me to tell me that a table was being dispatched that afternoon. She later messaged me again with the tracking details.
Less than 24 hours later I received the table. I always judged company on how they deal with problems which can arise at any time. Wayfair and particularly Shauna have been absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend them and will certainly use them again.
The sunbed and table are absolutely superb. Top quality.

Support from start to finish

I had a really positive experience with Wayfair's customer service.

I requested an exchange for a few items I purchased, and although I eventually decided not to proceed because the exchange process was a bit complicated for my situation, I genuinely appreciated the support I received throughout.

What stood out the most was that I was able to deal with the same customer service agent from start to finish. Having one dedicated person who already knew my case made a huge difference. I never had to explain everything again or worry that details would get lost, which made the whole experience much less stressful.

Even though I didn't complete the exchange, the professionalism, responsiveness, and consistency of the customer support left a very positive impression. Thank you for making me feel supported throughout the process.

A Painful Experience with Missing Parts

Decent quality, but it was a real pain in the backside to try and put together. There was unfortunately two screws missing. But the table is still standing so it's not that bad.

Please tell your suppliers to make easy to follow guides. Some of them are confusing and not very clear.

Shed.

After my episode of not expecting delivery till next Friday low and behold it turned up today as planned i take back negative response,and would like to say thanks for delivery today, but I would say a bit more communicating with couriers so we don't get the misunderstanding we had today.

Brilliant ‘open box’ purchase

I bought a wine fridge from Wayfair and I was delighted that it arrived the next day. I took the chance on one of the ‘open box’ prices, and I’m glad I did. The fridge was in immaculate condition with a tiniest dent on the back (4 mm), as it is an under the counter fridge that doesn’t matter at all and it was a third of the original price.
