I ordered two king-size beds for myself…
I ordered two king-size beds for myself and my son. However, in my opinion, the beds do not appear to be king-size. They seem too narrow and are more like double beds in width.
The beds also need proper frames to prevent the mattresses from moving. In addition, the metal bed frames make it difficult to secure the bed sheets properly. The sheets constantly come off because there is no way to tuck them in around the frame.
Regarding the delivery, I received the bed frames first, while the mattresses were delivered a week later. As a result, we had to sleep on the floor for a week while waiting for the mattresses to arrive.

Poor logistics co-ordination
Order no. 4423255224. I have ordered 6 ceiling lights and a cabinet mirror. I got 2 lights delivered.. rest of them went missing, I've been touching with the customer support for last 3 days. (I got the information that there were not picked up yet by courier) Everyone opening the case for investigation but never able to resolve in time.. please avoid these wayfair.ie website.. #wayfair

I've purchased several items from Wayfair now and have been consistently impressed. The quality of everything I've received has been excellent, and each item has matched my expectations.
What really stands out is the customer service. Every interaction I've had has been polite, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Any queries I've had were dealt with quickly and professionally, making the whole shopping experience stress-free.
The Klarna payment option is also a huge bonus, especially for larger purchases. It makes it much easier to spread the cost of more expensive items without compromising on quality.
Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience so far. Great products, excellent customer service, and flexible payment options. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Wayfair to family and friends.

Do not purchase this heap of garbage
I bought this shoe cabinet and paid a company to build it for me - after hours of trying to make it level and to line the doors up - they gave up. It is such poor quality and an epic waste of time and money. Do not buy this. I’ve tried to return it or reach out to wayfair with no luck. Buyer beware

This is a lovely table and chairs but I only gave 4 stars because I wanted a compact table for the small space in my kitchen. I ordered a 70cm wide table and they sent me a 77cm wide one. The measurements were wrong on the website

Delivery was fast, I'm in Ireland and the driver carried up my items 4 flights of stairs which were heavy.
All the items I bought are brilliant just like the pictures.

I recently ordered some wine glasses from Wayfair.ie and received them very quickly. When they arrived, a few of the glasses had some noticeable imperfections. I simply reported the issue through the website, uploaded a few photos, and indicated that I still wanted the item.
I didn't even need to contact customer support directly. The process was incredibly quick and hassle-free, and a replacement was sent out promptly.
I have to admit I was a little apprehensive about ordering after reading some negative reviews, but my experience couldn't have been better. I'm very happy with the glasses and impressed by how efficiently the issue was resolved. I will definitely be ordering from Wayfair.ie again.
