Great overall experience!
John and Liam explained all of the services properly and clearly. Sophie followed up with all paperwork and schedule for works. Sean the engineer was brilliant. He ensured all works were completed with no interruption to our services, and explained the whole setup in easy to understand terms. Thanks guys!!

I dealt with Ben Gilliver at Wayv who remotely installed some software on my laptop and answered a couple of queries I had. Ben was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. A pleasure to deal with and sorted the issue very quickly.

His tutorial on the new handsets and features, was clear and easy to understand. The downtime was so minimal no one noticed it was happening. Really impressed so far! We moved telephone providers as we weren't happy with our current service. The transition to this company has been really smooth and somebody has been there at every step of the way. Any questions we had were answered promptly and efficiently by the friendly staff and the phone system is really easy to use.

Wayv provided new internet telephones and broadband. They were very professional and provided plenty of advice on our new internet based phones, they continue to be easily accessible for help and support. The equipment they provided is of a high quality at a good price. Their staff are always friendly.

Quick Install and up and running within minutes (switchover from last supplier). Even at the remote location of our office building, the speed is amaaaaazing. Only issue now is that everyone in the office is watching Netflix and not working! oops! : ) .... Would recommend the services. Good work guys.

Ryan installed a new phone in a wireless environment. This allows greater flexibility for customers like us who cannot always use a wired connection (ie when working from home).

Ryan installed remotely, replaced a previous phone with the new wireless one, and re-configured the old phone to be used by a different user.
