Five stars for 5 key unrequested needs in order to complete order
⭐️keeping it simple, reading is a skill but to keep focus requires good words,simple explanation & no questions
⭐️3month free was a noticeable point which is why I took out the policy, I suffer fits motion attacks and tremors. I am helpless to this and without warning an episode will result in me dropping, falling on or whatever is in hand I can't hold,I have not used insurance so appreciate the back up

I have read mixed reviews here and understand everyone's experiences can be different. From commencing my claim to receiving my repaired handset back, I have nothing but praise for WCS. Julie dealt with my claim and was very patient with me, helping me back up my device ready for repair.
My handset was returned in 4 working days which I thought was pretty quick. It was fully repaired and looked brand new when returned. The repairer (unsure if 3rd party or in house) in my opinion went above and beyond, not only repairing my cracked screen but also removing superficial damage to the surround.
All in all a very good experience with this company.
