I have a phone insurance set up with…
I have a phone insurance set up with WCS for my samsung galaxy Z fold 4, and it recently developed a screen problem. I reached out to WCS for a fix and they immediatley processed my claim. From the moment when I first reported it, until when the phone was fixed, they were really helpful with resolving my query. The agent; Michelle who handled my claim was very polite and professional. I was told it could take 7-10 working days, but they fixed the fault under 5 days and I was impressed. This is what I term underpromising but over delivering. Thank you WCS, I would recommend

Think carefully before insuring your phone with this company.
I had a samsung 23 ultra insured by this company. After doing a claim and getting the phone back, I traded it in to samsung after a few days they contacted me to let me know they didn't use genuine samsung parts for a screen replacement. This ment I had to fork out another, £150 to samsung for my trade in. I contacted warranty and creditors services the lady on the phone just kept talking over me saying they use genuine parts. Total lies. Avoid this one.

We have investigated this further and can confirm that parts used on your handset were Approved Samsung parts, so we don't agree with your statement.
