I recently purchased the Olive Stripe Longsleeve Tee from Bound, and unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. After just the first wash (on a delicate cycle), the fabric started to fray in multiple places and even began to come apart. For a product at this price point, I expected much better quality and durability.

Because of this, I’ve started to question the overall quality of their clothing, which is a shame since the design itself is nice.

I reached out to customer service to explain the issue, but their response was to suggest that my washing machine was at fault, even though it has never damaged any of my clothes before. As a resolution, they offered me a 10% discount code, which honestly feels more like a token gesture than a real solution to the problem.

Overall, I’m disappointed both in the product quality and the way the issue was handled.

Customer service was responsive and helpful throughout, especially when handling my request and processing the refund. Communication was clear and professional.

There were some delays and a split shipment situation due to external circumstances, but the team handled it well and kept me updated.

I've made my very first Bound purchase this March, and I've been happy with the experience overall. My clothes arrived as expected, but I decided to send two of the three items back, as they didn't fit me. I was aware that only fully priced items were refundable (items on sale would only earn you a store credit if returned), so there were no surprises in this regard. Actually, the shirt that I decided to keep was the only item on sale, so the other two qualified for a full refund. When I tried to fill in the refund request on the website, I encountered the issue of the refund not appearing as an available option, so I got in touch with Jack by email who replied promptly and was really helpful. Several emails later my refund was back with me, so all got sorted. I am happy to support this small business - it would be better if returning items didn't cost extra and if the website was working properly, but someone's got to pay for the postage, and I realise that this company is still at the early stages of their journey, so I'm happy to give them some grace. Will order again in the future if something new catches my attention.

If I was a bit more strict, I'd give 4 out of 5 stars for the overall experience due to the website glitch, but the fact that the communication by email was so efficient makes a huge difference. Keep up the good work!

Three months of support requests with no results.

I gave the wrong delivery address, only realised when it was delivered. I asked if they could have it routed to my address. Support took ages to respond to any emails, and kept saying "we're working on it" with no sign of such a thing.
Three months after ordering, and two weeks after they claimed to have sent out a new order, there's still no sign of anything from them.

Never shopping with this brand again, wasted a quarter of a year with nothing to show for it.

I've been a huge fan of their clothes for a number of years now. My partner got me some items for my birthday, and whilst she was bang on the money with the style the sizes were slightly off but Jack helped us fix it and gave some great service.

I don't think I've ever experienced a brand more in touch and communicative with their community than Bound. I needed some help on a purchase I was looking to make, and received a response within crazy quick, and they sorted out my issue so smoothly. Big ups to Jack and the team who helped out - probably my fave fashion brand right now, not just because of the clothes, but also because of how they treat their community.
