Shopped with Bound a few times. They have great items and great customer service. When I had an issue with a refund they sorted it out quickly.

First up clothes are nice and quality of materials are good. Where it falls down is in three areas:

Sizing - just felt off. I like baggy but these were my usual size and looked like tents.

Exchanging - I sent items back asking for size smaller. I got a message saying they had arrived then nothing. replacements were not sent, no communications, nothing.

When I chased 10 days later - I was told that one of the replacement items was not available. But email was bit blunt and given it was the one item I really wanted decieded to ask for a refund.

Communications - sorry but they are bad, tone in replies to my messages was off/curt and you have to chase for everything.

Bound products are top quality! I've got their mushroom corduroy trousers, and they are the most comfortable trousers I own. I also had a great experience when returning an item.

Love all of the products bound produce! A fantastic range to choose from and any queries I have ever had are answered quickly and accurately.

I ordered a jacket and trousers. They were delivered to the wrong address and I never recieved them. We Are Bound's customer service was appalling - taking multiple emails to get a reply, then immediately assuming that I was trying to scam them.

They refused to refund me or re-send the items. I had to initiate a chargeback with my bank for any chance to get my money back. Really disappointed.

Great clothes beautifully packaged and really good customer service. I returned an item due to it just not suiting me and the follow up and care from Jack was wonderfully reassuring. I recommend highly.

I've been really impressed with both the quality of items I've received and the customer service provided. Bound really went above and beyond to make me feel valued as a customer and to rectify a minor issue I had during the exchange process. I will definitely be ordering from them again and can wholeheartedly recommend them.

I'm really loving these clothes! I bought an alpaca cardigan for my husband, and it looks wonderful on him. Now I'm on the hunt for one for myself. They're very stretchy, so if you're buying alpaca wool, maybe consider choosing a smaller size.

Returns are horrendous

Ordered £609 of clothing - need to return about £500 of it. £100 was sale and credit only, that’s fine. The other £400 is not sale but only offering credit as an option. Emailed, messaged on insta, no response. Looks like I’ll have to do a credit card charge back like others have. Disappointing
