Terrible, been talk front and bank. Saw the Royal Mail end up wrong address.
Never refunded and ask me to pay again and I assume that scam moved. I lost money. They never resolved

No contact since my son paid his deposit 15th June 2023

If I could give the site zero stars I would, asked for 10 hours block driving lessons paid the deposit on the 12th April 2023 nad I still have yet to get any response from them about an instructor and I have tried multiple times to contact them with no response at this point this is a scammer preying on people as it has now been 6 months and 3weeks since paying them to help me find a instructor

I paid this company money on the 24th March for a deposit.

I've heard nothing back, they're not answering my calls or my emails.

Don't use this company.

I'm not even able to use the app. Each time I try to use a test route or even record a drive it simply says that the network is not available or the server is not responding. I've tried multiple times to get in touch with someone to get support over this issue but haven't had a response

I am just waiting for someone to refund me £99 deposit
Nobody has sorted my driving instructor
I have not heard a word my test been and gone
Nothing from you no replies to any emails or phone number
It clearly states I am entitled to a refund

I made a deposite on 16 May2023 after making enquiries if they could get me an instructor for a refresher before my test on July 8, 2023. Till today 18 August 2023 I am yet to hear from them.

Don't pay deposits; scam. On February 6, 2023, I made a deposit; today is August 11, 2023. They simply acquire your deposit and say they are trying to find an instructor and then they just disappear. Their numbers are no longer valid. Just stay away from this garbage company and don't fall for their trap.

The company is a scam. I regretted not checking their review before paying. I paid £74 since March 15th for driving lessons. Till date August 11th no lessons given and no refund. I have sent several messages to get a refund with no response. The number they used in the past to contact me is no longer active for calls, only text message which they don’t respond to. Before I paid, they were always calling and texting but since i started asking for refund after 3months, they switched off. I am so pained and in denial this kind of scam can happen. I need my refund& wont stop at nothing to get it.

i am an instructor, they ignore all communication and obviuosly dont want to pay me. Their head office address keeps changing, clearly scammers please avoid at all costs

SCAM. they ask for deposit to secure your spot and promise they will get an instructor within 4-6 weeks. I'm on to my 2nd month waiting now, they don't respond to my texts, emails or WhatsApp messages. I have requested my deposit to be refunded and I have rang them at least 20 times but no response to ANY comms. I am taking this further. please avoid!

Terrible company! they have such rude instructors. I was taught by a driving instructor Reginald. He was too rude! He used to insult me continuously for my driving he used to put me down but i couldnt do anything since i had already paid!! In the last lesson he was so insulting that I literally stopped the car, got out and just walked home! I complained to Otimo but no response. Dont waste your time and money with this company. After spending £500 I learned nothing. the instructor had non serious attitude and no plan for the lessons, Even if you manage to get a driver through them he would be so rude that you would end up paying for your mental health as well!!

Ok so I’ll avoid personal names but I tracked down the founders on LinkedIn and gave them a piece of my mind as I am furiously waiting my £484 that’s been stolen from me. Only then, they replied to my emails as they were scared of their personal reputation being damaged. I finally got some clarification and turns out the company stopped trading in June and everyone in the company has been fired but for some reason they didn’t communicate that to the victims unless you publicly confront them on LinkedIn. They told me they are literally unable to refund anyone. I have since been banned from LinkedIn and received no money back but at least I know what’s going on. Utter shambles. I won’t name names but all the info is publicly available.

Thought this was a legit thing, they even had good reviews. But after a month, I heard nothing on a driving instructor and ended up finding one myself. So I asked for a refund and had no reply what so ever. Luckily my bank managed to get it back.

I applied for driving lessons 6 months ago and due to failure to get those driving lessons and lack of communication, I requested a refund. The first time I requested it, I was given my refund 10 days later like it said on the website, however, 2 days later I was told there was a driving instructor available so I paid the money again to get a spot.
On further enquiring, I learnt that this instructor had never liaised with Otimo before or heard of them and that he had no idea what was happening! This obviously was a problem and when I communicated this to them, they said they would sort the problem (which they did not) and also transfer him the money he was owed (which again did not happen). Due to another lack of communication and cohesiveness with local driving instructors, I requested a refund 1 month ago and was sent the form once more to fill out which I did.

It is 1 MONTH later and I still do not have my money back and when I am messaging (because you can’t call and their email doesn’t register) I am IGNORED!

Avoid if you want to save both time and money. A waste of 6 months

25 days to my exam and until now you didn't arrange the driving lessons. Since you commit to arrange an instructor and you didn't if I don't get a training lessons and if I fail in the test it will be your responsibility and I will sue your company and make case
You commit by your message that the instructors are available on my own time but you didn't and you don't answer emails and messages

Riped off the guy on over £700.
Please please avoid them. I know isn’t easy to find instructor but be patient or you are risking losing any money paid to them.

Not a single respect to instructors. So for students.

It's been 2 months and no instructor has been found for me. I have now found an instructor through other means.

They have not responded to my requests for a refund of the £99 deposit and it looks like their support email may even be disabled.

I am furious.

I gave you a lot of messages, emails, and text everywhere. I cannot get a singular reply from you. I am currently writing to the government and Trading Standard.

I am a student, and as such, several hundred pounds is worth a LOT to me. I am on my summer break, thus, I now have a lot of free time to continue this. I will go on to all of the website that I know to write a complaint:

- Twitter
- Youtube
- Instagram

I also have connections to a lot of Youtubers and so I will request them to advertise the complaint.

Furthermore, I will continuously copy and paste this complaint to all of the websites until you refund me!!!

hi i have signed up for this company hoping i will find an instructor i payed deposit as they asked, all i was getting random emails for preparing for the test i was calling the number they provided it was always same no answer, live massage we will call you back as the test date coming up closer I've started worrying and i tried emailing, massage and calling no response whatsoever, emailing doesn't work cos Google is saying it's not in use,though other people who have been complaining i have found the directors email address and wrote them can you pay back my deposit please,i have asked many times no responce im now fed up with you,you didn't find an instructor my test date gone because of you i have to do it all over again, you are going to get bad review im going to make complaint every where i can still no response, only time they talk to you before you pay the deposit...
