TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, PROBABLY SCAM
PAID DEPOSIT SINCE APRIL, NO DRIVING INSTRUCTOR YET, NO RESPONSE FROM THEM, DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Avoid this company. Probably started with good intentions but they have now stopped engaging with their customers. I've completed work as a driving instructor for them but no payment. No response to emails, no phone number to get in touch.

This is a complete scam do not buy into it all my emails ignored no driving lessons no texts back no refunds do NOT even entertain them.

DO NOT BOOK FROM HERE THEY ARE A SCAM AND THEY HAVE STOL MY MONEY!!!!!!!!!! I contacted this company a long time ago because I needed some lessons and I stopped the application and Maria from this company messaged me saying make the payment because we still have one driver left and if you don’t book soon you’ll miss you chance and I booked because I was told I have an instructor ready when I booked I messaged when will my instructor get here she kept saying please hold on we are working hard to find someone it was a month later and I messaged what is happening I still don’t have no instructor either find me someone or Iam leaving and refund my money and the woman said give us 7 days and if we don’t have someone we will refund the money to you fair enough I waited more the 7days and still nothing and I messaged saying I need my refund I need to look somwhere else and she said well because you cancelled booking we can give u all refund it’s now test time and I have no money to book another one I specifically saved that money for driving tests and the stol my money it 2 months and I have not got my money back or a reply from the scam of a company I will definitely get a lawyer against them and sue for all the damage they caused me

This company lives off scaming people, they make promises, fake promises 😒 😑 🙄, I even went to their address in Manchester, no where to be found,my email address has been blocked, no one is responding to any of my messages.I would really strongly advise people to stay away or else you will donate to them to live a soft life

SCAM… do not use this company they are useless! they take your money and then do absolutely nothing. i’ve had no response from these in weeks. i want a refund. they have time to write on these reviews to make them seem good but they don’t have time to reply to me anywhere else. stay well clear. i wish i could give you zero stars out if 5 but that’s not a option. worst company i’ve ever dealt with ever

I paid for 10 lessons. I was connected with an instructor relatively fast after I paid, but from there it took forever to get my first lesson!
I tried to talk to someone at Otimo for more than a month and have been completely ignored. No one replies by text, there's no phone number to call and the email seems like it doesn't work.
Just had my first lesson and the instructor says that they haven't paid him for the lessons either. So if I want more lessons I'd have to pay.

WHAT IS GOING ON!! WHERE IS MY MONEY?!

Otimo, please! Refund me the money or at least pay my instructor ASAP.

I will be raising this as a scam shortly if I don't hear anything.

If you are not a scam answer the phone, have an email which does not bounce back and give us our money back.
We have found ourselves a local driving instructor in less than a week
you are either a scam or you need to find a new job, this one is not working for you

I can't get a refund. This is a fake company. Do not transfer your money to this company in any case! Such fraud should be punished!!!

The email address support... is not working and text messages are currently being ignored regarding a refund, been two weeks now of silence. Very bad.

Scam company, good luck getting them to communicate. We’ve not managed to connect an actual call for 3 months now

DO NOT USE THIS SCAM COMPANY. It looks like there are many others in this position too. Still waiting on my £484 refund from this company who stole my money. Promised 10 hrs of lessons and are no refusing to respond after paying all this money I’ve spent a long time saving.

After writing my first review I tried contacting them again and now the emails don't even get delivered. I booked 10 hours of lessons with them to match with a one-star rated driver, and now I've not heard back after requesting a refund (£330 plus £75 deposit).

I think the only way to get them to see my refund request is to leave bad reviews to get their attention. Also looking at the reviews I suspect a lot of the 5-star reviews are fake because they are all posted on the same day.

Absolutely horrible scam company. I wish I read the bad reviews straight away and have not fallen for the scam of made up positive reviews. They sms you, take your money, promise instructor, make up that they check on you, instructor cancels, no one answers any more. DO NOT PAY THEM!

Was told I would have a driving instructor it has been months and still no instructor I asked for a refund twice filled the form out and no reply, it’s a scam do not use them!!!!!

As an instructor please please do not use this site !!. It is a rip off site. Just Google or ask around, there is good instructors out there.

They were so communicative as I struggled to decide whether to commit. Then never booked lessons or found an instructor. I’ve asked for my money back. Now I’ve emailed, filled out the form online and texted each multiple times and they will not reply. Do not touch with a barge pole.

I’ve paid for the course and it’s been over a month I’ve had no response back from the otimo team I’m disappointed
