Hi Ian, Thanks for the review - I've just dropped you an email but thought it best to also come back to you on here too. I've looked at your order and can see that it was despatched by us on 1st October and a despatch notification sent via email shortly afterwards. Once handed over to Royal Mail, they will aim to deliver within 2-5 working days (with the 5th working day being the day of your review) however due to reasons beyond our control such as any depot backlogs etc, it can take slightly longer.
We pride ourselves on end to end customer care and ask our customers to always reach out to us if there's ever any concerns so we can assist in whatever way we can, as we will always endeavour to get your goods to you as quickly as possible. I am using this brand harnesses and collar sets for long time. The quality is very good, the material is soft, design is stylish. I have a chunky corgi, she has quite long body and still the harness suits her perfectly ( size L ) and she looks so cute and beautiful. Fast delivery and you can feel that parcel was packed with love, everything is nice and neatly inside the box. So, buying from this seller you receive pleasure from products and service. Prices are excellent for the quality of the items and the bundles are great value for money, meaning you save even more. They arrive super quick and are very well presented. Lovely quality items and really quick delivery. The items come up large. I ordered XS as that’s what size my dogs always wear but everything’s far too big.

I have recently brought two collar and lead sets, one of which was out of stock.
They reached out to me and offered me a lead and collar from the Deluxe range for no extra cost.
When the products arrived they were beautifully presented and wrapped, and the quality is fantastic.
