Great company with great customer service. I have purchased 3 pairs of jeans from them. Each has been a unique fabric I wasn’t able to find elsewhere which makes the wait worth it. The construction was great and the jeans are comfortable. Also purchased a dress shirt and the quality is the same.

Their customer service is also amazing. I had a pair of jeans stolen from my apartment and they resolved the situation with no pushback. I would recommend purchasing from Gustin over and over again.

Long time Gustin customer. Recently had an issue with a fly button. Gustin sent out a replacement immediately and now I am good. Great customer service and a great product.

Gustin is a small company but the quality of the clothing is very impressive. They are upfront with the customer checking their size and fit guide (very important) and the time frame in which your garment(s) are cut, sewn packaged and shipped all the way to quality care of your new Garment(s)! You will not be disappointed but blown away with Gustin ; I was and I am very picky!!

Gustin is excellent at jeans, workshirts, and comfort-wear. The fabrics and quality of all of the pieces I've purchased have held up, worn in beautifully, and continue to look great. I am also ever impressed by the cost savings compared to department store prices. Well worth the wait every time.

Easy to navigate website - A plentiful variety in their product line - Every item I own from Gustin is of the highest quality...no joke...as good if not better than most of the large, name brand companies that operate in the same space - Gustin's price-to-value ratio is incredibly high as well...EXCELLENT prices/value for the products they carry - They ship when they say they'll ship, items are carefully packaged and items arrive quickly - I can't comment on their customer service related to exchanges or returns because I've never had to engage in either of those processes - BOTTOM LINE: My purchases speak for themselves as I have 20 pairs of their jeans coupled with a growing inventory of their workshirts - Gustin runs a top-flight business with absurdly high quality items and tremendously high value - what else do you want? I will continue to patronize their business and, in fact, I have 6 items (4 jeans, 2 workshirts) on pre-order as I type this. 'Nuff said...

I've bought several pieces from Gustin - both pants and shirts. The fabrics are high quality and everything is well made. Made in USA is a plus. The Gustin crowd funding model takes a bit of getting used to - but once you have your size dialed in you get hooked. It can take months from buying into a campaign to getting your garment, but the pricing is very favorable. It's a good trade off. Customer service is excellent and it needs to be since you can't try anything on before you buy (though they have very detailed sizing instructions). I've had to send back a couple of garments that didn't fit right but the company goes the extra mile to make things right. They have a personal touch that I like.

Love the 597 jeans with the indigo (outside) and red (inside). They are so stylish and fit incredible. As expected, they are tight and stiff at first but loosen to fit comfortably after an extended wear and wash. Like them so much I bought two pairs for my sons and a pair for my son-in-law.

I had never purchased clothing on a campaign basis before Gustin. Their creativity, vivid garment descriptions, and unique fabrics and styles won me over.
I have thoroughly enjoyed the products. Pay close attention to their sizing information. For example, I wear 33" or 34" in most retail pants, but 36" or 37" in Gustin. If you're into stretchy fabrics and waistebands, Gustin doesn't do that.
On one occasion I received the wrong color in stock t-shirts but Gustin was great about sending the correct ones right away.
Overall, very happy with them and their products.

I've been purchasing from Gustin for years and their customer service has always been timely, professional, and highly accommodating across all purposes of outreach. In this instance, they provided me with free replacement hardware for some of their pants to assist me in getting a repair completed. They did this at no cost and with a high level of professionalism.

Best clothing place to purchase

This most recent experience with Gustin concerned a successful exchange due to fit and sizing. I've been ordering from Gustin for the last few years during which I've purchased well over a dozen items. While some reviews from several years ago questioned consistency, ever product I have received since shopping with them has been high quality and consistent in sizing. They have a huge variety of interesting fabrics and products, including clothing made in USA from US and Japanese textiles, shoes made in Italy, and other gems. Their campaign and direct to consumer model keeps their high-quality items affordable. While I don't actually fit in many of the clothes they sell, their customer service is superb - always prompt and helpful, and their returns process is very straightforward - fair and transparent, and I believe it discourages disingenuous customers and keeps prices affordable. I'm subscribed to Gustin's marketing emails so I'm always looking out for the next unique and practical item that interests me. Gustin is a unique and special company to have around.

I purchased the wrong shirts by mistake... and despite those mistakes on my part, Gustin made me feel valued, continued to help me out, and ultimately fixed my snafu. I can't imagine a better customer service experience. I'll be letting my friends and family know about their products and company, and proudly showing off their products. Their garments are of incredible quality and I love that they're part of a more sustainable, and ethical, supply chain. My girlfriend loves the shirts and wants me to buy some of their jeans!

I took a chance with Gustin on my first order as I was completely new to real raw selvedge denim. Their instructions for sizing was pretty darn accurate as they suggest sizing up two sizes to account for shrinkage, i was skeptical so I ordered only one size up and they fit like a glove! Though every order after I have gone up the two sizes, which now I have to wear a belt but thats okay because I won't be this slim forever! The quality of all their clothing is top tier! I've never had such artistically crafted pieces of clothing or denim in my life and now that I've experienced it, I don't think I'll ever be able to buy another pair of regular jeans from the store. I think the crowdfunding is a great idea as well for better prices and a more unique custom piece. And their customer service is awesome!

Well , I had moved across the US and my address was not updated. The garment was shipped to the old address and luckily reported as such. Gustin went above and beyond to find my new correct address and get this on to me. I very impressed and appreciative for their efforts. It is a high quality wool garment difficult to find these days in my opinion. And I appreciate being able to obtain it from a high quality company like Gustin. An appreciative shout out to Kelly who was the rock and pillar in getting this special garment on to me. Thank You !

I have many Gustin products and they've always been great. One pair of pants shrunk beyond my imagination but that was on me. High end materials, great fits and overall incredible value for money!

I have participated in several of Gustin’s campaigns. I have purchased selvedge jeans, heavyweight tees, and a hoodie/sweat pants set in black rainbow nep fabric. The clothes are very well made, the sizing is accurate and the fabrics are very nice. I have pair of rainbow selvedge jeans that when I turn that cuff up is a unique look. The clothes are a good value, you could pay more for this quality.
