Natural silk expert 

Very poor quality. The silky fell apart in the first week and customer service is non responsive. Stay away from this vendor unless you enjoy buying inferior product and bad customer service.

Absolute scam. I wasn't happy with the cap so i asked for a refund within the stated return window. My emails were ignored for weeks. When I chased them up they claimed they hadn't received my previous email and offered me a 50% refund if I kept my item, otherwise I had to pay to return it. I reluctantly accepted the partial refund. It's been a month and I've had no money returned. I've contacted them again and they are once again ignoring my emails. I'd be surprised if any positive review of this company was legitimate.

Items were not delivered and still after over 20 emails 3 months and photographic proof of being delivered to the incorrect place and with countless hurdles they have not sent a refund. The last email is asking me to physically sign a request for my refund which would require me printing the document and scanning it back in. Such bad customer service and I am still out of pocket and no items in my possession!!

I placed an order 26th December, it’s been shipped twice and returned to shipper twice. I’ve emailed all the info and images and have demanded a refund, now I’m reading the bonnets are polyester so this whole order has been a disaster.

Purchased 3 bonnets as gifts. They are not made of silk but polyester. The stitching is very poor quality with no product label included. The bonnets do not stay on all night as claimed and the tie is too long, too wide, and hot. I requested a refund as the website states a "no questions asked refund" within 30 days. They do not respond to messages in a timely manner. When they finally respond, they try to coerce you into keeping the product at a 30% discount to avoid return shipping and customs fees to Poland.

Super impressed with these bonnet! I did purchase from a video with a bonnet and eye mask attached, which was not able to be purchased together but I am still happy with the product! Super silky, high quality feel

This company is absolutely a scam. The bonnet is not silk, it’s 100% polyester, which was confirmed by the burn test. Do not buy.

Just a scam , don't buy off Instagram or Facebook, without checking tristpilote , just a scam!

Tremendous customer service! And the product is lovely, well made and exactly as promised. Highly recommend both the bonnet and the company.

I placed the order which took forever to be sent out. Then i never received the package although they claim that it has been delivered. They have been bombarding me with emails claiming to try and help but this help has been going on for about 5 months now and yet I still have no package and no refund.....I would not buy anything from this company if you paid me to

I ordered three silk bonnets. I got three polyester bonnets (strongly suspected by how the fabric feels, confirmed by burn test). I complained and they kept repeating that it's "100% mulberry silk". It really isn't.
After a lot of back and forth, I accepted a 50% refund and got to keep the bonnets, which I'm not going to let near my hair, but just seemed less hassle and less expensive than sending them back and hoping for a full refund.

It’s okay overall. Slides up sometimes when I sleep, which is annoying, but still miles better than the cheap ones from the store. Not perfect, but I’ll use it till it gives out.

I have had issues with my order regarding shipping and delivery and getting all sort of info that were not correct. But when I contacted silky support they were nice, professional and polite and guided me through that crazy delivery process from China. It did took more time than expected but not too too much..3weeks altogether. I haven’t used bonnet for too long but I can say that my hair is softer in the morning. I did know that material can’t be silk because of the price so cannot be disappointed. I think that changes should be made regarding shipping, support worked quite well for me. Thanks guys!

Received 2/3 bonnets ordered originally. Took a wee bit of time, but customer service took care of everything and the missing bonnet was sent. Customer service was polite and attentive.

At first it’s written that it’s “100% mulberry silk”, when you go to the “materials” section it’s written that it’s only 30% mulberry silk and 70% satin. Satin is not a material itself - it can even be made out of polyester. It’s just a scam. They probably sell a polyester bonnet while advertising it as a high quality silk. Also there’s no transparency when it come to the country of produce.

This company appears to be using SILKE London and Dore & Rose advertising photos on its Facebook page to help promote its brand. Negative comments get removed fast…for these reasons alone I would steer well clear of buying from wearsilky.

Scam company. Bonnet is not made of 100% mulberry silk, it’s some cheap polyester material. Tried to contact the company but they didn’t let me return the products. Avoid this company!

I ordered two different colors, and oddly enough, one stays on better than the other. Not sure why, but overall they’re both comfortable and nice-looking. Thanks for the great service..

Overall, a good experience! The product was exactly what I ordered, and I love how soft and gentle it feels on my hair. The only thing I’d improve is faster shipping.
