Great experience shopping at WearSilky. I bought a hair bonnet, and it’s exactly as described: soft, well-made, and comfortable. I especially love how gentle it is on my hair. The order arrived faster than expected, and their support team was friendly when I had questions. Highly recommended.

Other bonnets I tried either slipped off or were too tight. This one finally fits right. It stays on without leaving lines on my forehead.

It’s been consistent for me, night after night, it stays put and keeps my hair soft. Sometimes the best products are the ones you don’t have to think about, and this fits that.

Let me start by saying I love my bonnet. Its comfortable and actually stays in place on my head. The company was super helpful when my package disappeared and they stayed in constant contact to remedy the situation. Thanks again silky!

If you’re expecting luxury packaging, this isn’t it. But if you just want a bonnet that keeps your hairstyle intact, this works well enough.

I absolutely love the quality of the silk bonnet I bought from WearSilky. My hair feels so much softer in the morning, and the fabric is super comfortable. Fast delivery too.

At first glance, it looked smaller than I expected, but it stretched enough to cover all my hair. Once it was on, I realized it had more give than I thought.

Not silk.
Cheap fabric. Much cheaper on Amazon or Tenu for the poor quality.
Took forever to arrive (4 weeks) and in that space I had over a dozen sales type emails.
Never again. Dont waste your money.

overall, very positive experience. order was places super fast, and shipping was in an expected time (coming to australia). my favourite part of the experience was the incredible communication i had with the service team. they emailed me updates on my order, so i didnt even need to check the tracking site. their emails were so quick in repssonse time as well, i felt the strong customer service values. my order came in perfect condition. i was gifted a bonnet from this company before and loved it, so can say that my personal experience ordering here has made me love it more. of course everyone will have their own experience, but mine was exceptional!!!!!

Their contact form on their website does not work, I had to email them directly. They were more than happy to replace the damaged bonnet for me free of charge, however the bonnetts do not fit my hair type so I chose to seek a refund from them. They explained that due to the ongoing issue with the US Tariffs and exporting the item it would cost me 3x the cost of the product to ship it back. They have been very upfront, honest, and communicative with me since I emailed them through my gmail instead of their website form.

OLD REVIEW:
I've tried emailing them several times requesting a refund and return and have heard nothing back. One of the bonnets arrived with a rip inside exposing the interior and did not stay on my head at all while I was sleeping. It also does not fit my full head of hair, thick 3A-3B curls, and the material was not silk as advertised.

My package was originally not delivered due to my address being a little difficult to find, Albert went out of his way to email me to find out what the issue was and was very quick to make sure my package was delivered this time and kept in contact at all times even though I was hard to reach sometime. 100% would recommend. Amazing costumer service and silk that keeps my big puffy hair intact at night.

Never recieved product nor refund. I ve been waiting for more then 3 months

I would have given four stars, but the whole thing just took way too long - from February to July.
At first, I was disappointed because I never received the purchased item, although the tracking information said that it had been delivered. A few months in, the Customer Support reached out to me finally responding to my messages. They were extremely helpful and deeply apologetic. In the end they organized another shipping. I would have preferred my money returned, but it wasn't an option. Now that I have received the item, I find it to be of solid quality. Still, I will have to see how good it actually is once I start wearing it.

I ordered a fake. When I returned it, they said the packaging had been opened, which is a lie. They're using German law to sell in the Netherlands. Scammers, don't buy anything here!

WORST customer service experience ever. I ordered in November 2024. Item was "being sent from China" and never arrived. I wrote to them multiple times with autobot responses always "escalating matters to their supervisors". They offered a replacement OR full refund, I have email proof that they offered this option. I chose the full refund. It never came. It is now July 2025 and they are still "escalating things to their shipping supervisor" and claiming it is their policy to send a replacement, ignoring my request for refund and pretending to do something while doing NOTHING helpful. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE ITS A SCAM! So frustrated.
